Independent Regional Sales Manager – Eastern US

Our organization is the global leader in the online publication business for the corporate eLearning sector globally (expanding into education technologies soon), and our strengths are persuasive content marketing and niche media advertising.

Looking for high-energy, top talent to join our sales development team and generate new logo business across the US & Canada.

This is a commission-only position, with huge income potential. It is a contract position that involves new business acquisition. Main revenue stream comes from positioning our optimized content marketing solutions to eLearning companies.

Position involves understanding of media publishing, digital marketing, eLearning & competitive landscape overview. Must have use of a phone, computer, and potentially a car. Position involves driving to appointments for initial meetings, as well as follow up appointments. All work is done remotely from your home office of choice, and only the requirement is to visit clients’ sites inside your region as per your pipeline development.


  • Help us win new logo business
  • Prospect, build relationships, and expand our coverage inside region
  • Run cold-email (rarely ever cold-calls) and similar outreach campaigns
  • Engage prospects in consultative sales process from early stage to close
  • Assist our Commercial Director in discussions and business development initiatives with all clients’ and alliance partners’ engagements
  • Possibly attend major conferences and trade shows in region of responsibility
  • Generate your own leads (some leads will be provided by the company, several renewals too)
  • Provide post-sales support to accounts won, ensuring customer success (& renewals)
  • Work on securing annual renewals

  • 2-4 years sales experience in B2B; experience in eLearning preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication skills in text, phone, and email a must
  • Project management skills
  • Desire to set and exceed your own goals on a consistent basis
  • Familiarity with web technologies, internet marketing, and SEO
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Docs is required
  • A professional LinkedIn account is desirable
