Impressive visual learner experience with a strong customer focus
What do you like best?
We really like Bitville's ability to create visually stunning, user friendly learner experience. Co-operation with them has been very smooth throughout the years and we have been happy to see their innovative approach to develop new elements.
What do you dislike?
Overall project management has been good, but complex projects demand quite a lot of time and effort from their customer as well. This should be addressed in the beginning of every project to ensure adequate resources from both sides.

Bittville went over & beyond to meet our requirements, and come up with out-of-this world solutions
What do you like best?
Everyone from the consultant to designers and content writers understood our needs and requirements (sometimes even better than we did ourselves). They also were able to translate it into solutions that were interactive, inviting and fun, resulting in our learners getting the most rewarding learning experience.
What do you dislike?
The bar for elearning quality is set so extremely high now and our learners (and superiors!) want more - we may struggle internally with the demand.

Exceptional service with high quality productions!
What do you like best?
Bitville provides both professionalism and high quality productions. Their staff are highly skills and provide innovative project concepts. I have worked with them for years and we have a wonderful partnership. I look forward to our continued work. Thank you!
What do you dislike?
While the quality is exceptional some project require smaller budgets so I occasionally will seek other lower cost vendors

Customer orientation, quality of deliverables, Can Do attitude, skilled friendly staff, promises kept
What do you dislike?
There should be wider global presence to cater all the needs globally. For our global & HQ needs current services are fine but for local special needs there is room for development.

What do you like best?
Bitville really listen to our needs, they are proactive using their expertise to suggest unconsidered options to look for improvements in the design, they have excellent focus on the quality of the delivered digital learning, and their constant integrity reassures.
What do you dislike?
Bitville set and maintain such high standards, that in my experience all staff members achieve easily and naturally, it is difficult to find anything not to like.
