What do you like best?
Cinecraft was able to bring to together the appropriate professional resources to deliver the product in a timely and efficient manner.
What do you dislike?
Have not had the opportunity to tap their expertise for another project. Cinecraft Production stays in contact with updates.
Quality and expectations exceeded every time. Exceptional customer service.

What do you like best?
We worked with Cinecraft on a client podcast. They recorded and edited the podcast very efficiently and cost effectively. We typically do not have much lead time between recording and posting so they have been able to meet our tight deadlines with no problems. In addition the level of customer service has been outstanding.
What do you dislike?
Nothing. In the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic we had to record our most recent Podcast using Skype and they worked with the client to ensure they understood how to record and made sure no issues came up.

What do you like best?
Cinecraft is a collaborative partner focused on the success of our goals. They take the time to understand our systems, processes, goals and work with us on strategy and design to ensure our trainees receive the most valuable experience for their own learning and to drive the business goals.
What do you dislike?
With today's more connected and dynamic world, I would like to see more opportunities for that flexibility to be reflected in the products and services we engage on with Cinecraft.
Wonderful experience working with intelligent, creative and responsive people.

What do you like best?
They understood our complex situation and needs quickly and exceeded expectations. The end result was fantastic.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes creativity was too much for our more conservative employee base but they adjusted rapidly to whatever needs we had.
Working with Cinecraft is always collaborative, professional, and the results hit expectations.

The professionals at Cinecraft are great listeners and their input is valued and knowledgable in a process that is very collaborative.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, really. Complications to scheduling are most often due to our organization's clients. Cinecraft is extremely flexible and accommodating with us.

What do you like best?
The level of professionalism throughout the process was great. They balanced their "craft" against an ever shifting list of expectations and scope. They planned the middle man well and maintained the relationship between our group and the SMEs who provided the information necessary to shape the content.
What do you dislike?
The process took a little longer than expected. However, the final product is spectacular and ultimately meets the needs of our broad audience. My only suggestion would be to spend more time partnering with them, up front, regarding scope and planning so that the SMEs feel more structure in the timeline and how its being managed.

What do you like best?
Cinecraft has the capabilities and services that match well with our needs in eLearning, LMS Admin and video services. They are a valued partner with years of background and knowledge about our products and industry.
What do you dislike?
Long distance project management can be a challenge but we've developed tracking mechanisms to keep projects moving forward and maintain a regular checkpoint conference meeting to address any questions, suggestions or challenges.

What do you like best?
The representatives I work directly with are always professional, responsive and upbeat. They make the training they develop fun, effective and engaging using the most up-to-date learning methods.
What do you dislike?
I can't say that I've had a negative experience working with Cinecraft on the 15-20 eLearnings I've been a part of.

What do you like best?
Cinecraft exemplified a strong professionalism from beginning to end. Their content developers were outstanding especially considering the complex nature of the topic, program management and production through animation was exemplary. I have been in L&D for over 30 years and Cinecraft is easily one of the best training partners I have used.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to dislike about Cinecraft, they were continually honest about timelines and what to expect. I can ask for nothing less.
