What do you like best?
Freedom Learning Group exceeded all expectations. The level of communication and collaboration, in addition to their willingness to share their Instructional Design knowledge with the team, was outstanding. Growing up in a career Military family and having two children who are active duty, FLG’s mission struck a chord, yet their business acumen was as on point as any vendor I have worked with in my three decades in healthcare.
What do you dislike?
Although FLG were not experts in the content piece of what was being developed as it was a brand new project and service line, they met our quick turn around and worked day and night to make it happen. Their expertise in curriculum build and LMS structure was invaluable and we would not have been successful without their assistance.
