Harbinger group over promised and under delivered on our saas product.

What do you like best? The people we worked with were professional but behind the scenes of our product, they incompetently architected a saas product that could barely serve a couple hundred people at a time. Enterprise software is what we hired them to build and after a million dollars we left with a slow system that barely functioned. They are failure of a company partner and should be avoided at all costs.

What do you dislike? They consistently lied about their technological understanding of AWS, react, and Node JS strategy. What should have been a modern tech stack with a server technology to help with scaling a basic HR tech concept, they could barely get it to function at an acceptable speed. Their development was so bad we are rebuilding from scratch with over a million dollars wasted on their development team. Avoid at all costs.

We partnered with Harbinger to build out continuing education modules for healthcare professionals.

What do you like best? They appreciated the challenges of nonprofit organization and partnered with us to develop stellar materials. Their project management team is efficient yet personable. They are easy to work with and keep projects moving forward to completion. Harbinger not only captured our unique culture, but they also helped us design courses to advance our mission as thought leaders in our sector. They continue to be a great partner.

What do you dislike? Working with offshore companies presents unique challenges; however, the Harbinger team oriented quickly to our culture and unfamiliar course materials, quickly learned how to work with our subject-matter experts. Their project managers are great to work with, their IDs were very creative and responsive to our product reviews, and they help to keep our projects on track.

What do you like best? What impresses me most about Harbinger is their ability to quickly scale in support of our business needs. For more than 5 years I have utilized the Harbinger team as an extension of my own internal eLearning development team to support on both content creation and translation. Their team is efficient and delivers well-designed, innovative modules that incorporate the leading trends in eLearning.

What do you dislike? Despite my team and the Harbinger team operating in different time zones (+9hrs), the Harbinger team is always very accommodating. Right at the start of our relationship Team Harbinger set regular meetings for a time that works best for my team. The team has been creative in taking what could otherwise be a disadvantage and flipped it on it's head to be a strategic advantage in our relationship. My team often goes to sleep and wakes up to emails confirming finished projects!

Harbinger have never missed a deadline, they communicate well, and always exceed our expectations.

What do you like best? Harbinger treats us like we are their most important client, even though we are small. They are responsive to requests, competitive with their prices, and thorough and accurate with the final products. They communicate often during a project and have never failed to meet a deadline. We have used them for various projects, from app design, to e-learning course translations, to software development, and we have never been disappointed.

What do you dislike? I can't think of anything that Harbinger could improve. Everyone is easy to reach, from the sales team to senior management. I feel like everyone knows us and cares about our projects. They offer creative solutions to solve problems or issues that arise. We love partnering with them, and feel that, in many respects, they are the wind beneath our wings. They help us realize our visions.

It has been a great working experience with Harbinger team.

What do you like best? They understood our requirements quickly and asked clarifying questions so that there is not much back and forth with multiple iterations.

What do you dislike? Nothing as such, as we work more with them in the future - we can highlight anything here if applicable.

What do you like best? I love the overall quality of the materials they produced and their project management team. I started with our company when we were very small and did not have an instructional design team. Harbinger not only captured our unique culture, but they also designed courses to reinforce and strengthen it. Since I did not have a staff to build training, they did the bulk of the work. They were easy to work with and kept the project moving forward to completion. They continue to be a great partner.

What do you dislike? There is really nothing I would change. Their project managers are great to work with and they quickly learned how to work with me and helped to keep me on track.
