Very good experience for an ambitious project with positive feedbacks from end-users
What do you like best?
I have really appreciated the good communication of the project team, challenging a technical topic project, and taking into account all our requirements. Results are of high quality.
What do you dislike?
Developing e-learning courses on very specific technical subjects requires the animation instructions to be as detailed as possible from the client as well as a strong continuity between the different developers working on each.

Positive, proactive and a pelasure to work with.
What do you like best?
I had initial reservations about working with an off-shore company, but the team have been excellent in bridging the gap. They are a growing company, on top of the latest technology and agile enough to be open to new and exciting opportunities.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it can be frustrating when the communication gets blocked with one particular person. But I think that it will be solved once I can raise it to another team member.

The experience with Upside is a wonderful, enriching relationship.
What do you like best?
Upside Learning brings such a wealth of knowledge of Learning and Development. They bring the latest in technologies to every proposal. They have a dedicated team to projects that make you feel that you are their one and only customer.
What do you dislike?
There is always room for improvement in any situation and given budget constraints there are times that the costs of projects do not make sense to leadership. It is often too high and we cannot at time justify the cost. Also, we want to see more graphical WOW's from Upside Learning.
