What do you like best? Captivate allows authors to create complex content. What do you like best? I love Captivate's versatility! There's so much you can do with Captivate. It contains a great many features, some of which are easy to miss if you don't take care to look in the various menus and such. When I teach Captivate, even those who have been using it for years are sometimes surprised to see a feature that has been there for many versions but that they had missed, usually groaning and saying, "If only I had known that, I could have saved so much time on that last project!"
What do you dislike? I would like to see a much better, flexible, and open editor in included for creating advanced actions, shared actions, and incorporating JavaScript. I'm a power user and sometimes I feel limited when I try to do something very high end. There are few tools that address that need and if Captivate can, it will make a big difference for power users.
