Good software but the support is terrible - EthosCE used to be better before they joined Cadmium

What do you like best? The software has what one needs for managing accredited continuing education programs. It integrates with PARS.
What do you dislike? The support is terrible - they take forever to respond to requests, and even when they respond, they don't give you a straight answer or the support you need. Then it takes another week to get a response. The site is very closed, so you have to go to their support team for any customization or to add conversion trackers, etc. It was better with EthosCE. I loved working with the team when we first signed up in 2020. Not anymore.

I think EthosCE is an excellent LMS, catering to the Medical and general accreditation community.

What do you like best? I implemented the system and once you learn the basics it is straight forward. It is also a powerful tool for combining several types of media into one course. The basic reporting is great. I like that you can set up reports and schedule to have them automatically sent at the interval of your choice.
What do you dislike? The Looker Analytics add-on is a bit complex. Although a powerful tool it is the part that took me the longest to learn.

What do you like best? I am still learning about Cadmium since our LMS (EthosCE) was integrated. There are many new perks and features that I am still learning. I like the recorded videos offered by Cadmium Unversity sharing new features and other valuable information.
What do you dislike? I valued the quick response time and customer service that was a standard with EthosCE. The attentiveness and knowledge offered by the customer service department seem to be lacking since joining with Cadmium.
