What do you like best? The CE21 support team is very responsive and helps to resolve issues quickly when they arise. I appreciate that respond to both the staff using CE21 and our company's users.

What do you dislike? Some functions are hidden in multiple layers of menus which can make it difficult to find a feature at first. The aesthetics leaves something to be desired.

It's very effective for what we need to accomplish.

What do you like best? I really like how easy it is for our team to jump in at different points so that the workflow is seamless.

What do you dislike? It can be a bit complicated to teach and learn. I do not use it very frequently and it can be intimidating to jump back in.

Ce21 is a step by step setup that can be learned with step by step notes.

What do you like best? I like that's relatively easy to use if you are using it on a consistent basis. It looks like a lot but actually is pretty straight forward.

What do you dislike? What I like the least about Ce21 is the complex look of it and sometimes can be difficult to find what you need.
