Great School Management System, it does what it promises
What do you like best?
An idea School Management System for all your school needs. Lots of features, nice design and excellent delivery.
What do you dislike?
Some occasional bugs, but nothing more than that. Their customer support team is outstanding, unlike our previous vendor - which partly explains why we left them-

Quite an effective tool for teachers, students and parents

it is extremely user-friendly and very easily customizable to meet each institution's specific needs.
What do you dislike?
very limited integrations, no option to attach docs makes things a bit blurry, otherwise a very useful system

Classe 365 LMS does not live up to the expectations
What do you like best?
Their dashboard is quite decent, reporting is awful and you have to combine large data sets and then it crashes.
What do you dislike?
Support was nowhere to be found during the implementation phase. Pricing is also high when compared with other school management systems.

Be Careful - Fraudulent provider - they just charge for unused modules
What do you like best?
The software is ok for managing enrolments and classes. There are a number of modules which you can subscribe to.
What do you dislike?
We got charged for a module our principal accidentally clicked on. Despite us never using it, Classe365 did not mention nor confirm the newly added subscription but instead charged the credit card. Any attempts to get a refund of the money for that module which we never intentionally signed up for did not work. Instead they made up all different excuses .
