MediaLab is very easy to use. It's one of the best software I've used
What do you like best?
At last, no more carrying paper manuals!! With MediaLab, we managed to convert major documents into digital assets. I find the automatic reminders for reviews very helpful. Especially when a deadline is due, the automated process saves time. Plus, our managers feel less stress. Even if you need to keep hard copies, the system allows printing employee reports for procedure review. In case you want to prepare your laboratory for virtual, hybrid, on-site, and self-inspections, you'll love it!
What do you dislike?
I don't have anything negative to mention; it's perfect. Some colleagues mentioned they'd like to have a printed manual for each module. But, I find the digital version to be much better. It would be helpful if the system allowed edits inside the software with limited permissions.

With this program, I managed to prepare for the MLS(ASCP) board exam and was successful!
What do you like best?
If you're searching for a diverse way to study, then you should consider using LabCE. I enjoyed using it as I got away from studying just from the book. I love that you get answers explained in depth. In fact, I loved that it had answers for different areas of study. For example, microbiology, hematology, chemistry, etc. It's also interesting how you can select different types of mock quizzes and tests. The game mode was my favorite!
What do you dislike?
I can't really say that something was wildly off. One of my recommendations, however, is to increase the size of the font. Also, the size and quality of the images need some improvement. For instance, I had a hard time identifying biochemical reactions and cell morphologies for some of the images.

This software is very straightforward. I've used it to prepare for ASCP certification.
What do you like best?
I love its ease of use and the large number of courses it offers. There's plenty to choose from, and they constantly add new ones. I enjoy reading material; it has good note pictures/slides. Also, I like that you can take multiple-choice and earn CEUs.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see more illustrations for sure. Also, regarding longer readings, it would be a nice addition to have more questions written.

Laboratories can leverage multiple solutions from MediaLab. I'm very happy with it.
What do you like best?
Overall, it's a great system that brings daily benefits to our lab. We use the document control system with ease; we didn't have to bother our IT team at all. We set it up ourselves. If you're looking for inspection readiness with its Inspection Proof, you're good to go. Our employees enjoy their continuing education requirements with the Education package. The software is flexible, and the creators are more than happy to make changes for us.
What do you dislike?
We had some difficulty finding out what we needed to create first when we set up the document control system. So. we had to go back and make changes afterward. Also, it would be a great idea if there was a way to identify users that know their way around the system and have a place where they can share tips and advice.

If you're looking for document control and CE software, this one is excellent. Very easy to use.
What do you like best?
What I like most about MediaLab is that it is really versatile, plus there are several modules that we use for different aspects of our laboratory. I love that the document control module allows us to track training for the entire company. So, we know who completed or hasn't completed the necessary steps. We've also been using the continuing education module. It's great as we can have both department-specific trainings and wider topics for the whole company.
What do you dislike?
Sure, you might find glitches or flaws occasionally, as is the case in any software. But I can't say I had a big issue with it. Any time something comes up, MediaLab's customer support team is there to solve problems quickly.
