What do you like best?
What we appreciate most about Connecteam is how it helps keep our entire team connected, whether they work from home or in person. The ability to share important updates in a central space has really improved communication across the board.Even staff who are typically technology-challenged have found the app easy to navigate, which speaks volumes about how user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike?
Our biggest pain point is with the plan limitations. There are features we’d love to add that would be useful to our team, but the only way to access them is by upgrading to a higher tier that includes several tools we don’t need. It would be ideal to have a more customizable plan structure, allowing us to mix and match features based on our actual usage.

What do you like best?
Connecteam really lives up to its name by helping our team feel more connected and aligned day-to-day. That alone has helped build stronger relationships between leadership and staff. Beyond communication, Connecteam has helped us get much more organized with scheduling, making shift planning smoother and more centralized. If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable tool to keep your team aligned and informed, Connecteam is a great choice.
What do you dislike?
What I find frustrating is the scheduling across locations. Our team can’t view all their shifts in one place—they have to switch between schedules, which causes confusion. A few have missed shifts because they didn’t realize they were scheduled elsewhere. Also, the GPS sometimes glitches and prevents clock-ins. Not sure if that’s a Connecteam problem or just user error, but it’s been a hassle.

What do you like best?
Connecteam is a true game-changer for HR Teams! It has significantly streamlined my HR workload <3 From scheduling and timesheet tracking to payroll preparation, it brings everything together in one place, saving time, reducing paperwork, and making daily operations much more efficient. The scheduling feature is my favorite! No more endless calls or spreadsheets. Timesheet monitoring has also been a standout
What do you dislike?
That said, a few things could be improved. There's currently no way to undo accidental changes to time records or schedules, which can be a hassle when a mistake is made. Also, the app occasionally struggles with location detection, and users without mobile data or strong signal coverage can’t always clock in. It would be a great enhancement to allow timestamp submissions with geolocation offline, syncing once connectivity is restored.

What do you like best?
Connecteam has made time tracking incredibly easy for both employees and managers. Our team can quickly clock into the right job, switch between tasks throughout the day, and use breadcrumbs to track activity, all from one intuitive app. The in-app chat is another great feature, making it easy to communicate and get notified when there’s an issue with someone’s hours. Support has been excellent, whether through live chat, email updates, or training classes.
What do you dislike?
One improvement I’d love to see is more automated time tracking. For example, it would be helpful if the app could automatically clock employees in when they enter a job and clock them out when they leave, while still capturing the time between job transitions. This kind of automation would take an already great tool to the next level.

What do you like best?
Connecteam stands out as much more than a messaging platform. The knowledge base feature is particularly helpful for our team. We can instantly access key documents without needing to dig through emails or folders. We also appreciate the staff recognition feature, which allows public acknowledgment of achievements, boosting morale across departments. The course creation and training modules are another strong asset, making it easy to educate our team asynchronously. Plus, it’s HIPAA compliant.
What do you dislike?
That said, there are a few usability drawbacks. The app can be laggy at times, which slows down communication, especially during peak hours. The notification system can be misleading, often signaling a new message when there isn't one, while actual direct messages may go unnoticed. Also, the mobile app experience for administrators is limited.

What do you like best?
After using Connecteam for several years and working with various other customer systems in the past, I can confidently say this one has been the best overall. The platform makes it incredibly easy to input and distribute information, whether you're communicating with an individual employee or an entire team.it offered exactly what we needed without the extra clutter.
What do you dislike?
Connecteam has proven to be a solid, dependable platform that continues to meet our business needs with ease and efficiency. The only real drawback is that occasional updates or tweaks are made to the system without advance notice, and sometimes the changes aren’t relevant to our specific business needs. That said, it’s a minor annoyance and doesn’t outweigh the overall value the platform provides.

If you're looking for a team app that genuinely brings value, this is 100% worth the investment.
What do you dislike?
The platform is reliable, impactful, and well-supported. While the tiered pricing system offers value, I wish there were more à la carte pricing options. Some features, like delayed message scheduling, are things I’d love to access — especially since I often get ideas late at night — but upgrading to the next pricing tier just to get one feature feels like overkill when I don’t need the rest of the extras.
Using Connecteam is a great experience, it got my and my team's productivity increased!

What do you like best?
The software that we use in document collaboration and task managing is the Connecteam app. It greatly improves our efficiency and productivity in order to accomplish our common goal quickly.
What do you dislike?
It doesn't have video chatting for meetings that are required in some situations. It is the only thing that they can add so it will be perfect!
Useful yet not complicated to all users. Makes time management easier.

What do you like best?
Time tracking and time management are complicated, but ever since we’ve used Connecteam, our productivity has improved. It also has multiple communication tools that we are utilizing to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike?
I like everything that Connecteam has. I have no issues or any dislikes about it. It is a life saver.
Using the Connecteam app, my life as a manager are so much easier than before.

What do you like best?
The time tracker, project management, and the communication feature. We are using the Connecteam App as our productivity app when we work.
What do you dislike?
The connecteam at my personal computer is not that function so well... or maybe I get used to it by using at my phone.
Connecteam makes it easy for me to manage schedules and tasks so that I can be more productive.

What do you like best?
Connecteam is great because of its multiple services in just one app. Communication, scheduling, and employee training are very hard for remote employees like us. Training is the most difficult to accomplish in desk-less employees but the Connecteam makes it look too easy.
What do you dislike?
I think Connecteam should add a feature where video chatting is possible because it could really be helpful in meetings.

What do you like best?
Connecteam is a free app that can help your organization get things done. We are just a small team for now and need only the basic features so we got the free one first. So far so good, once we reach our 6th month, our leader planned to get the next plan so we can maximize it even more.
What do you dislike?
Nothing. The app is perfect and I see no problems with in. My experience with it has been quite great.
The platform was highly intuitive and completely revolutionized how we schedule our employees.

What do you like best?
If you are a Construction manager like me, you can also work brighter like me with the help of Connecteam. I can manage my team safely and receive daily reports from the field anytime conveniently.
What do you dislike?
The app is perfect and I have no bad experience using it for managing my teams. The app's features like the service schedule and time clock are amazing and I have no problems using it for task management.

What do you like best?
Working in an online teaching company is stressful as well as making schedules until I discovered this Connecteam app that makes it easy to schedule shifts and check what is assigned to me. It saves time with a calendar view, and it has drag and drop options for copying last week's shifts. A truly amazing app!
What do you dislike?
None. Everything in this app is awesome. I don;t think that this app will be a problem to anyone. It may have some bugs but the support is quick and approachable!

Very user-friendly, you don’t need to be tech-savvy to use this app. Might hold on to this app for a long time.
What do you dislike?
No video calling from the app itself. Overall this tool helps our marketing and sales team fulfill their daily tasks

Its scheduling and task management feature is what I really love the most. Their time tracker also has a GPS system which I find really beneficial as a manager.

What do you like best?
Even though we are new to remote working and have no big gadgets at home, I can still work using my tablet and stay connected with my team and manager using this app. I am glad that there’s still an application adjustment with the current situation. Anyway, this app is the best!

None. The app is perfect and one of the best remote team apps that me and my team and my manager have used.

What do you like best?
As a virtual assistant, Connecteam helps me work better. With Connecteam, I can manage my team and projects more efficiently, never miss important deadlines again, and get to spend more time working on what actually matters.
What do you dislike?
We've been using this application for months, and so far, I don't have features that I like the least. Connecteam features are really good and all essential.
