What do you like best?
The interface is clean and our learners generally understand where to go without much explanation. Courses, assignments and progress are easy to find, which has reduced the number of basic questions our training team receives.
What do you dislike?
The admin side takes a little longer to learn. There are quite a few options available and it isn't always obvious where a particular setting lives.

What do you like best?
CYPHER is an excellent platform for sharing lesson content with students and parents. In preschool, parents are the primary users, and it’s easy to guide them in accessing lessons and submitting tasks. It also supports clear communication and announcements, adding real value.
What do you dislike?
The attendance feature could be more customizable to match our school’s process. Likewise, refining the gradebook to better align with our grading system would make integration smoother and more effective.

What do you dislike?
Some features could be expanded—such as personalized due dates and more customization options for report cards, not just in format but also in the type of data included.

What do you like best?
I’ve been using CYPHER Learning’s LMS for over a decade, drawn by its ease of use, no additional installation requirements, and its clean, intuitive interface. The platform offers a wide range of features, with standout elements including one of the best gamification systems and personalized learning options in the market. It also supports a variety of quiz formats with multimedia question banks.
What do you dislike?
For a time, LTI integration with third-party platforms lacked depth—particularly the ability to automatically display external platform results in the LMS gradebook. However, this has been resolved over the past year, and I have no further complaints. It’s an outstanding learning management system.

Cypher is one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly LMS platforms I’ve used. It has all the tools I need to manage my classes, and the support team is always responsive and accommodating whenever issues arise.
What do you dislike?
The interface layout could be more visually appealing. While it works fine now, improving how sections and tabs are arranged would enhance the overall user experience.

We deliver complex training programs, and CYPHER’s comprehensive platform supports all our needs—courses, accreditations, certifications, and automations that streamline work. While extensive and initially challenging to learn, its strong documentation and quick, helpful support make onboarding easier. It has truly enabled us to expand, impressing new learners with what we’ve built.
What do you dislike?
The built-in e-commerce didn’t meet our needs, so we rely on integrations instead. While they work fine, we had hoped the native option would have been a better fit.
