What do you like best? What sets Degreed apart is its ability to develop an authentic culture of lifelong learning organization-wide. It enhances engagement and builds skills by enabling employees to find, share, and follow learning activities. It has analytics and reporting tools that give clear visibility into skill development and ROI on learning initiatives. On this platform, you can mix and match formal courses, certifications, and more learner-driven or informal learning content.
What do you dislike? Administrators may need additional training to become familiar with some of the advanced functions, including skill validation and advanced reporting. The onboarding experience would be better if these features were simplified or if there were more tutorials.

What do you like best? A full-fledged solution for employee development, helping employees and the company align learning goals to business objectives. Organizations can also quickly identify missed skill assessment features and personalize learning pathways accordingly. It offers a high degree of flexibility by integrating formal courses with micro learning and external content. Learning is easy, and you get all your recommended content, which motivates learners to engage and complete courses.
What do you dislike? The capability to customize branding and dashboards only scratches the surface. In addition to being functional, more layout and reporting flexibility would enable organizations to tailor the platform around their internal processes and aesthetics.

What do you like best? Degreed provides an environment that encourages employees to take ownership of their professional development. The platform helps bridge skill gaps effectively, emphasizing skill building and personalized learning recommendations. The ability to integrate with outside learning resources like MOOCs and professional certifications offers a wide variety of learner options.

What do you like best? Degreed offers a platform to integrate all learning and skill development initiatives. It is a highly sophisticated tool that allows you to track employee progress across multiple learning channels and has a user-friendly interface requiring limited training. The analytics dashboards are extensive and provide detailed, actionable insights for managers and the L&D team. Learners can access curated courses, videos, and articles to suit their roles, and the content curation is smooth.
What do you dislike? The mobile experience could be improved. In some cases, the mobile app does not keep up with the desktop in terms of navigation and content display. A smoother mobile interface would also make learning on the go that much easier.

What do you like best? Degreed makes it simple to find self-paced courses without confusion. It connects smoothly to other learning tools, which helps people explore content across many sources without extra effort. The interface feels friendly, and even new users can move through it quickly.
What do you dislike? Reporting issues inside the platform could be smoother, since past cases sometimes moved slowly. The process works, but it can take more steps than expected, which may cause delays for teams that need quick help. A simpler path for sharing concerns would make the experience feel stronger.

What do you like best? Degreed brings fresh energy to learning inside a company. It links skills, AI intelligence, projects, and training in a way that feels natural for people who want real progress. The platform gives clear insight into skill needs and makes development feel easier to start and stick with.
What do you dislike? The search function still needs improvement because it can lead users into long hunts for the right material. With so much content available, it is easy to feel unsure about where to begin. A space that supports simple uploads from learners would also help

Connects Skills And Learning Easily But Reporting Features Need Growth

May 28, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? Degreed helps bring all our learning sources into one space, which saves people so much time. It allows many content providers to sit together smoothly, so no one has to jump between sites. The focus on skills makes development feel more meaningful, since it shows a clear picture of strengths and areas to grow.
What do you dislike? Degreed can feel different for people used to a classic LMS, so the shift takes time. Some learners may need more guidance while adjusting to the new layout. Lack of stronger management features can slow down teams that rely on detailed control.

Organizes Content For All Learners But Depends Heavily On Content Volume

May 25, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? The platform surely makes it simple to organize content and present it in a way that keeps people interested. The system works well for teams with different skill levels, since it is easy to manage and support. It connects smoothly with outside content sources, giving employees one place to explore learning.
What do you dislike? Degreed depends heavily on the amount of content a company provides, so teams with limited material may not gain the full benefit. It serves mainly as a bridge between employees and content sources, which may feel limited for groups seeking deeper control. Some features found in classic learning systems are missing, which can shape how managers guide their teams.

Captures Many Forms Of Learning But Integration Updates Can Be Slow

May 18, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? Degreed makes it easy to capture many forms of learning across a busy week. Formal items like certificates and courses fit in well, and it also welcomes articles, videos, books, and other informal sources. Adding items with the button keeps everything fresh and helps people stay connected to learning in simple ways.
What do you dislike? Some areas need more speed, especially parts related to accessibility and integration. Support is friendly and willing to assist, yet progress in these areas can feel slow at times. Faster movement would help teams stay confident and avoid delays during learning projects. Even with that, the platform still gives strong value and steady support for everyday use.

This efficient platform simplifies corporate learning with actionable insights and metrics

Feb 18, 2024

Overall Rating 84%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? When it comes to tracking learning progress and providing useful metrics, Degreed stands out. With its reporting capabilities, L&D managers can learn about the evolution of skills over time and track the effectiveness of programs. It can easily engage a wider audience with a plethora of content forms. It has a smooth integration with existing HR and LMS systems, reducing friction during adoption. Gamified elements drive the motivation for employees to participate regularly
What do you dislike? Some more social learning features would really be a good addition. There are places to collaborate and forums available to discuss ideas, but this could be even better and more robust in terms of peer-to-peer learning and interaction across teams.

What do you like best? It's very clean and easy to use. It also allows for personalization and provides a great selection of courses at quite competitive prices (when compared with Coursera and other similar providers).
What do you dislike? I can't really think of a deal-breaker, so there is nothing to add to this section. I will update my review in case I notice something worth mentioning in the cons section.
