eThink is responsive, consistent, thorough and friendly.

What do you like best? I like the responsiveness of eThink. When you submit a ticket, you can choose the level of importance from "low" to "essential." Luckily, I label most tickets as "low" or "normal" priority, but with the responsiveness from eThink, you would think I was marking everything as "urgent." They are very attentive and consistent in their responses and timing. Very personable and easy to work with. You get an all-star support team from: Cyndi Bishop, Chris Pratt, Jordan DeGroot, and many others.
What do you dislike? I do not have anything that I dislike. There might be some cases where a discussion could be more effective over the phone rather than via email, but I have not personally had any issue with that. If I had to give any constructive feedback, it might be to incorporate more of a variety of phone calls and emails, but truly, what I have experienced has been effective and addressed my support needs.

What do you like best? eThink Education is the best in the industry for customer service. From inquiry to resolution, they are extremely responsive, thorough and always more than helpful. We've also used eThink countless times as a sounding board for new ideas and solutions to challenges we've faced. Our partnership offers a direct line to industry experts and peace of mind knowing that when we don't have the answer, eThink is there to step in and offer support.
What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike. We've thoroughly enjoyed partnering with eThink Education for our LMS hosting.

What do you like best? I know that I can recommend eThink to any of my clients and that my clients will receive the highest level of customer service. eThink consistently delivers world class services at rates that are unmatched in the industry.
What do you dislike? Honestly, there isn't a thing that I dislike about eThink. I have been either a client of theirs or a consultant partner for several years and I couldn't be happier. And even more importantly, my clients that use eThink are ecstatic.

What do you like best? Fast, friendly, highly effective problem-solving. I usually work with the same group of support personnel. They make me look good.
What do you dislike? We had a bumpy start getting our SIS to transfer enrollments. After solving this problem, I don't think we've had any serious issues. I am 100% happy with eThink. I wouldn't change a thing.

What do you like best? I believe eThink services and support have been fantastic in the multiple years we have been using them. They answer calls and emails very promptly. Their team is proactive and equally reactive with appropriate solutions. They are also accommodating and polite, which further reinforces their phenomenal service. Using eThink hosting services is one of the best decisions our technology team ever made. I highly recommend them for any educational organization using and wanting to use the Moodle LMS.
What do you dislike? Any complications that are connected to the internet can be hard to find due to the many related parts of the hosting service.

What do you like best? eThink is great at not only troubleshooting issues but providing valuable suggestions on themes, layout, design etc., for our Moodle site. They are an incredibly knowledgeable team that works with us to find solutions and are very professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend eThink as a company to host and manage a Moodle site. They ROCK!!
What do you dislike? No dislikes at this time. We are very happy with our decision to go with eThink!

Got our Moodle site up and running quickly with great service and support!

What do you like best? We hired eThink in early 2019 to help our company get our Moodle (LMS) site up and running for our new eLearning courses. We really appreciated how quickly they were able to get things running, and the customized training hours they provided provided based on our unique needs. I always appreciated how quickly they responded to any inquiries I had, or requests for administrative changes.
What do you dislike? I have not had any explicitely negative experiences. The only comment I would make is that you may want to do your research if you expect to have a very large pool of users (e.g. 1500+) using, as it can become quite pricey very quickly when the users fees are added to the hosting/administration fees; however, I cannot comment on whether eThink is any more or less pricey than any other company in the same field.
