What do you like best?
Our results are phenomenal—70% of our learners (mental health clinicians) intend to change their practice behavior after our training. ExpertusONE offers flexibility to customize reporting, branding and delivery to meet our needs—and those of our clients. The Expertus team is responsive, and support excellent. People are the core of any partnership, and Expertus is staffed by knowledgeable, strategic thinkers who understand the space today's LMS' occupy for the benefit of tomorrow's learners.
What do you dislike?
The built-in assessment is difficult to find and it’s not intuitive, so our learners are constantly asking about this. However, with a little support assistance via our support email, our support center on our website and a Camtasia video we created to show learners the basics of navigating the site, it's no longer a significant issue.
