Pros
  • Ease of Use & Navigation Reviewers uniformly praised the platform's visual clarity and approachable design. They noted that the interface is "simple and easy to use," the dashboard is "clean and easy to navigate," and the site is perfectly balanced between "beautiful visuals and user-friendliness."
  • Feature Set & Functionality The structure and accompanying materials of the training modules are highly rated. Reviewers valued the "bite-sized contents," helpful transcripts, note-taking functions, and downloadable practice sheets that allow users to follow along with the video lessons in real time.
  • User Experience & Engagement Reviewers found the learning process highly engaging and motivating. They highlighted the short, well-explained lecture formats, reinforcement quizzes at the end of each video, and the inclusion of "achievement badges etc. for motivation."
  • Customer Support & Service For organizations deploying the platform, the vendor interaction was a high point. An administrator noted that "the people are friendly and helpful," highlighting their willingness to "go that extra step for you" during rollout.
  • Value for Money / Pricing & ROI Learners noted that the platform directly aids professional advancement by providing resume-building skills. Users also appreciated that the platform features "a lot of sales always going on... so you don't have to pay full price."
Cons
  • Limited Features / Missing Tools Reviewers identified significant feature omissions, particularly around communication and mobile flexibility. They cited a total lack of a "Q and A function about the subject or communication function between course's participants" or teachers, the absence of a native mobile app, and no option for offline course downloads.
  • Complexity & Learning Curve While excellent for beginners, the platform lacks depth for advanced professional development. Reviewers complained that it "lacks a bit of deep learning," some units are "too brief," and the curriculum "does not go that deep into details and advanced topics."
  • Cost & Add-ons Premium pricing is a barrier for standalone or continuous buyers. Multiple individual reviewers flagged the platform's "high price compared to other competitors" and noted that the continuous "monthly fees are a bit high."
  • Performance or Reliability Issues Technical glitches occasionally disrupt tracking and relevancy. A user pointed out an automatic tracking bug where the "software didn't recognize automatically that I've already finished a tutorial video," while another noted that certain platform contents are out of date (such as a Power BI course from 2017).
  • Customization Limitations Rigidable workflow rules limit administrative and student efficiency. Users expressed frustration that achieving an 80% on a placement test doesn't automatically mark corresponding videos as completed on their profile, while others found it "tricky navigating back to the course once I had completed it" to retest or claim certificates.

What do you like best? The interface is easy to use and the amount of courses is satisfying. The questions at the end of each video are very important because they reinforce the learning process. There are three versions of the office suite training (2013 2016 & 2019). Compared to other online learning websites, this one lived up to the expectations and I would recommend it to you if you would like to learn the various skills it provides. It has a lot of sales always going on, too, so you don't have to pay full price.
What do you dislike? I got 80% on my placement test, to me that's enough to get either a certificate of achievement or to have 80% of the videos "completed" on my profile, so I would only need to watch the videos for the other 20% I didn't get. The courses sometimes are out of date too (Power Bi is from 2017). There is no or few options of help if you didn't understand what the instructor said, so you're stuck with the videos as explanations, sometimes that's not enough either. The full price is not the best

What do you like best? The video length. I can take it and anywhere and get a quick lesson in on breaks or whatever. And I can use the certifications on my resume.
What do you dislike? The new certificates. I liked the old design better. The new ones don’t look as professional and are less eye appealing.

What do you like best? I like the bite size videos that make courses digestible and easily tailored to your specific needs. You can dip in and out of specific sections to learn or refresh particular aspects. The videos are easy to understand and the website design is simple, efficient and elegant. I also enjoy the extra content e.g. the essential Excel hot keys pages.
What do you dislike? I like all features but find the ‘quiz me’ section least useful - implementing tests that involve the user testing their skills in particular software in real time could be a great addition going forward

What do you like best? Very intuitive glitch-free platform with learning metrics and a sleek UX that prompts users to revisit to complete their learning goals. High-quality video and high-quality audio, thorough instructors, shareable learning certificates, endorsed by the PMI, affordable rates, webinars for other courses, downloadable assignments, transcription for videos, quizzes, exams, shareable profile.
What do you dislike? I would like to see more courses on their platform but so far they've expanded their catalog. No complaints really.

What do you dislike? Not much that I can think of, apart from the fact that Python wasn't available yet - but it will be introduced soon.

What do you like best? You can read the transcripts if sound is not possible, the videos are not overly long, the set-ups for lessons are uniform for each one.
What do you dislike? I honestly can't think of anything regarding the use of GoSkills. The only thing I can think of is that I might like to see more course offerings.
