Pros
  • Feature Set & Functionality Reviewers heavily praised the platform's robust regulatory and automated tools. Key highlights include its seamless compatibility with 21 CFR Part 11, strong audit trails, role-based learning paths, and automated certification tracking with built-in expiration alerts.
  • Customer Support & Service The customer care department received exceptional remarks, with one user calling it "phenomenal—hands down the best I’ve experienced with an LMS vendor." Another user noted that the wait time once a support ticket is opened is "usually minutes."
  • Customization & Flexibility Administrators appreciated the freedom to "tailor it to our company needs very easily." Users cited the ability to easily customize branding, configure unique training matrices, and seamlessly blend instructor-led training, live webinars, and self-paced eLearning.
  • Implementation & Onboarding Onboarding was described as structured and comforting. A reviewer noted that the system was "easy to implement with great support," highlighting that having requirements meticulously outlined prior to go-live put them completely at ease.
  • Ease of Use & Navigation From an administrative standpoint, the core platform layout is highly functional. Users described the interface as "intuitive, well-structured, and easy to manage even with complex training matrices," backed by a clear real-time analytics dashboard.
Cons
  • Complexity & Learning Curve Navigating deep setup configurations can be time-intensive. Reviewers stated that it takes "considerable time and effort to configure permissions consistently across departments" and requires significant hands-on effort to fully train managers on all features.
  • Limited Features / Missing Tools Reviewers pointed out gaps in mobile accessibility and content creation tools. They noted a lack of a dedicated native app for mobile users, unoptimized mobile admin features for instructors, a lack of drag-and-drop tools for content setup, and a sparse self-help library.
  • Customization Limitations Certain specific administrative tools lack flexibility. Users flagged that they do not have the "full ability to make [their] own reports" natively, and noted that course completion certificates cannot be easily customized to include company logos or extra learner details.
  • Integration & Technical Challenges Getting the LMS to communicate with older ecosystems required extra development. A reviewer highlighted that "integrating with legacy systems required a custom setup to ensure compatibility," as standard out-of-the-box integrations were insufficient.
  • Performance or Reliability Issues System downtime occasionally disrupts time-sensitive business operations. One user noted that "sometimes the system doesn't work for long periods," making it difficult to extract urgent employee information when an error occurs.

What do you like best? The features like 21CFR Part 11 compliance which is most necessary feature for the Life Sciences
What do you dislike? There is nothing as such which I would say as I did not like, it did the job we needed from it.

What do you like best? They are very open to suggestions. When I look at the platform now, I can see what I've recommended. They really listen to their customers.
What do you dislike? The report module is terrible. It gives the reports in PDF format as a default. If you use the Excel format, you have to get rid of lots of pictures and headers before you are able to filter and sort your spreadsheet. They know it's not the greatest and are working on getting a new reporting process but that will take time.

What do you like best? Straight forward use once the user learns the basics. Easy to add new trainings. Well suited to look up a user's transcript. Customer service is always responsive and ready to work on an issue. The quarterly User Group meetings are very helpful to know what's changing and to hear what other users have to say.
What do you dislike? Needs more reports, missing some basics. An easier to program custom report generator is needed to accomplish company specific needs, such as audit reports. Getting users to complete their training can be difficult, the reminder emails are useful, but it needs a firmer method to getting trainings done.
