A robust HR software with occasional support delays

Nov 4, 2025

Overall Rating 85%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? HR Cloud has become central to our daily HR operations. It handles onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, and monthly salary data all in one place. The interface is clean, easy to use, and the tool integrates well with systems we already use. The convenience of managing everything under a unified dashboard has made life easier for HR teams
What do you dislike? One drawback is the speed at which support sometimes responds. When issues arise, resolution can take longer than expected. Also, more advanced features require extra configuration, which can become tedious. Overall, though, these aren’t major obstacles, just areas where responsiveness and more out-of-box depth would enhance things.

Indeed a great choice for automating our daily HR tasks and documentation

What do you like best? We found HR Cloud helpful for automating routine items that used to take too long. The onboarding checklists and document tools helped reduce confusion for our new hires. I also like how updates inside the platform keep our team aligned. It feels easy for employees who are not tech-savvy, which is a big win for us.
What do you dislike? The interface looks clean, but some sections feel buried and require extra time to locate. Searching for older items can feel slow, and employees often ask for help finding them. I would love more improvements in search and sorting to make it easier to manage long histories. A smoother layout would help.

What do you like best? I enjoy how simple it is to complete routine tasks in HR Cloud. The tools for managing documents have saved our team time and made it easier for employees to find what they need. Communication inside the platform works well and keeps everyone updated. Support has consistently responded with clear answers and genuine patience.
What do you dislike? I wish the reporting tools were more flexible because building certain reports takes more time than expected. Some of the filters feel limited and require extra steps to get what we need. The mobile view can also feel a bit cramped for people who move around during the day. It works well enough, but it could feel smoother with a few layout improvements.

Strong HR features that finally helped us stay organized and track data better

What do you like best? HR Cloud gave our growing team a place to bring all our HR tasks together. The tools for tracking employee details are easy to use and keep information clear. I like that the basic setup steps are straightforward, and our managers did not feel overwhelmed. It has helped us keep our processes consistent without much effort.
What do you dislike? There are moments when the load time feels slow, especially during busy hours. A few features feel like they require extra clicks to finish a task, and it can be tiring on long days. I would also like more training resources because some features take a bit of experimenting before they make sense for new users.

What do you like best? HR Cloud helped us organize our onboarding in a simple way that our new hires appreciated. The setup felt easy, and the layout helped our team stay on top of each step. I like how the tools keep everything in one place, so we are not juggling different systems. The support team has also been helpful each time we reached out with questions.

A solid HR system that supports our remote work environment very effectively

What do you like best? Our remote team has benefited from HR Cloud because it gives everyone access to information without confusion. The platform helps with onboarding and communication and keeps new hires from feeling lost. I like how forms and records stay organized so we can find what we need anytime. It supports our hybrid setup without trouble.
What do you dislike? The learning curve for some advanced tools feels longer than expected. Certain features take experimenting with before you know how to use them well. The help articles feel short and could include more examples for clarity. It works fine once you learn it, but the first few days would be easier with stronger guidance.

A comprehensive HR Platform, but with some rough edges

Jun 25, 2024

Overall Rating 88%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? HR Cloud provides a strong all-around HR experience. It supports everything from onboarding and performance to employee data management, which means fewer disconnected tools. The unified approach helps streamline HR tasks and reduces friction in admin work. I also love how its design keeps things visually clean without hiding functions, making navigation across modules less stressful. In use, I find that HR Cloud lets me manage a lot of HR duties while maintaining clarity and structure.
What do you dislike? One area that could use improvement is the consistency in module performance. Sometimes, switching between functions causes lag or small display issues. The mobile access or transition between screens doesn’t always feel as tight as on desktop. Another thing is more helpful in-platform guidance; some features would benefit from in-context tips or walkthroughs, especially for new users. While not a showstopper, these gaps can slow down productivity for teams new to the software

Reliable HR onboarding software that boosts efficiency and engagement in teams

Apr 11, 2024

Overall Rating 89%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? HR Cloud provides an all-in-one solution for onboarding new hires, featuring automation, document, and progress tracking all in one place. The system enhances internal communication and engagement, enabling new hires to connect immediately upon joining. HR analytics dashboards can track the key metrics that matter when measuring success and improvement. It is a robust option for companies looking to streamline their HR onboarding experience.
What do you dislike? Users of HR Cloud could argue that advanced reporting and customization features, which are necessary for large and complex enterprise workflows, are lacking. We have noticed that notifications sometimes do not sync properly, and the interface may require additional functionality in terms of customization.

What do you like best? For our onboarding process, HR Cloud has been a game-changer, providing centralized documentation, training, and progress tracking. The platform is so intuitive that it puts new employees at ease and helps them learn company processes more quickly. Automated workflows reduce repetitive tasks, saving the HR team a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike? The software has limited workflow customization, and advanced reporting will also require some setup. While navigating large datasets, some users occasionally experience slowdowns.

Great onboarding support and a very smooth rollout

What do you like best? We had to onboard almost a hundred users in a short span, and HR Cloud handled it well. The implementation process was fast, and our specialist was responsive, understood our needs, and helped tailor workflows to fit us. The platform’s communication tools also helped our multiple offices feel more connected. Their support from start to finish made the transition less stressful.
What do you dislike? While overall the experience was positive, HR Cloud still feels like it has room to grow. As a relatively new product, some features are less mature. I’d like to see more polish in edge cases; things that don’t happen often but disrupt work when they do. Despite those minor issues, the platform shows strong potential

CloudHR is a strong HR suite, just needs more flexibility in setup

Jul 12, 2023

Overall Rating 89%

What do you like best? HR Cloud gives you a lot of power in one package. The HRIS, onboarding, and engagement modules integrate well, which makes managing employees easier. Having everything under one roof means fewer integrations to maintain or bugs to chase. Its clean UI and clear navigation help make adoption smoother for new hires in HR or operations. The overall feel is modern and capable, especially for midsize teams looking to scale up their HR systems without too many separate tools
What do you dislike? While the platform is solid, I’ve found the more technical, behind-the-scenes configuration (e.g. permissions, advanced workflows) to be less intuitive. You sometimes have to dig or reach out to support to enable or adjust certain features. Also, reporting customization could be stronger, certain metrics or cross-module reports aren’t as flexible as I’d like. If the team adds more user-friendly configuration for power users, it would take HR Cloud from very good to excellent

Intuitive HR Cloud platform that simplifies onboarding and team management

Jun 12, 2023

Overall Rating 85%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? HR Cloud has become invaluable to mid-sized organizations that run multiple onboarding processes concurrently. The platform's automated workflows alleviate administrative pain points, while its intuitive UI/UX empowers employees to complete tasks efficiently, enabling centralized document management with easy tracking and compliance. Analytics help HR teams monitor the effectiveness of onboarding and employee engagement.
What do you dislike? HR Cloud is powerful, but could improve in some areas. Some limitations regarding reporting customization make it challenging to analyze specific insights without exporting data to other tools. The integration with various third-party software can be complicated, and the desktop features are missing from the mobile app. The initial setup may be challenging for small businesses and those with limited technical capabilities, but once set up, it is very effective.

Great analytics! Helps bridging the gap between HR teams and new hires

What do you like best? You gain access to analytics and reporting, both of which can aid in enhancing employee engagement and optimizing onboarding processes. It helps to improve overall efficiency, as prompts and reminders ensure that tasks are completed on time. The software has also helped bridge the communication gap between HR teams and new hires, a crucial need due to remote onboarding, and has maintained productive interactions.
What do you dislike? Integrating with external HR tools can be complex, and at times, you may need assistance from the support team. It is ideally suited for teams that can invest some time upfront in setting it up to unlock the platform's full potential.

HR Cloud is great for onboarding purposes, but lacks in the reporting department.

What do you like best? You will find the analytics dashboard very helpful, as it offers insight into onboarding progress and engagement levels. Retention is also up, and new starters feel supported and connected from the very beginning. The platform's built-in communication tools facilitate transparency by allowing for the sharing of company policies, training material, and updates with all new hires. Overall, it's a great system that saves our HR team a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike? HR Cloud offers some of the best onboarding features in the space, but its reporting options could be more flexible. The user interface for customizing these reports is minimal, and some reports require several steps to access the necessary data. A few integrations with other HR software can be slow to configure and sometimes need technical support.

Great solution for all stages of onboarding but with limited customization options

Apr 11, 2023

What do you like best? An all in one onboarding solution for sure. With reminders and notifications, team members miss fewer deadlines, and centralized communication helps keep everyone informed. We especially appreciate the analytics provided by the platform, which makes it easy to identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and track employee engagement over time.
What do you dislike? Customization of templates and workflows cannot be intuitive unless it is the result of an error, which can be particularly challenging for teams that have not previously worked with the HR software. Customer service responses may be slow during peak hours.

HR Cloud provides a very good experience with user-friendly support

What do you like best? The system is intuitive and easy to adopt. Features are clearly explained, which makes onboarding smooth, and you don’t have to guess how things work. The workflows feel natural and logical, so everyday tasks don’t slow you down. What’s impressive is the support team; they’re responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I hit a snag. That combination of an approachable interface and solid backing makes HR Cloud feel dependable and approachable
What do you dislike? Occasionally, I do run into limitations when customizing deeper workflows or tying together multiple modules. Some of the more advanced configuration options could use expansion so larger or more complex organizations can tailor processes more freely. Also, there are occasional quirks or edge-case bugs when switching between modules that require support assistance to resolve. But these are rare and don’t stop me from recommending the platform overall.

What do you like best? HR Cloud has an all-in-one onboarding solution. It enables HR staff to implement automated workflows that reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus more on strategic initiatives. The software features a clean and intuitive interface for navigating forms, training modules, and compliance documentation.
What do you dislike? Unfortunately, HR Cloud also has some disadvantages. In particular, the program operates slowly with large volumes of documents and forms. At the same time, the mobile application is not as multifunctional, allowing users to access only part of the functions available in the PC version.
