What do you like best? Jive was easy to install, and I appreciated how quickly the system became usable for daily tasks. Calls and texts worked without trouble, and updates finished without extra effort. The layout stayed clear enough for my team, and it helped us settle in faster than expected. I liked the steady performance even during busy hours.
What do you dislike? Caller ID has been unreliable for me at times, and it affects how quickly I respond to incoming calls. I manage several business lines, so unclear information slows down the pace more than I would like. It creates small delays that build up during busy periods. I still feel the tool works for daily work, but this part interrupts the flow and could use some real improvement.

What do you like best? Jive was simple for me to set up from the start, and the installation took far less time than I expected. Calling and texting flow well, and the updates install without effort on my part. I like that everything works together without extra steps or confusion, and it makes daily communication feel steady and predictable. Even newer team members figured it out quickly because the layout is clear and friendly.
What do you dislike? Caller ID details have been off at times, which becomes confusing when I am juggling several business lines. It takes extra time to confirm who is calling, and this slows down call handling for my team. I wish the caller ID information stayed consistent so I did not have to double-check every unfamiliar number.

What do you like best? I liked how quickly Jive installed, and the updates continue to run quietly without disrupting my day. Calling and texting work well, and the layout remains clear enough that even new team members pick it up without effort. I appreciate that it stays steady through daily use and does not overwhelm us with unnecessary features that slow things down.
What do you dislike? No real complaints after using Jive for a while. Caller ID had slight moments of inconsistency early on, but those did not last long enough to affect my overall impression. For day-to-day use, everything has been steady and easy to manage, and I have not faced anything that would make me hesitate to keep using it for regular communication.

What do you like best? Centralization of knowledge and transparency within the organization are among the most significant benefits of Jive Software. A search within the internal social network provides employees with instant answers, allows them to contact experts, and enables them to contribute to conversations rather than waiting for email replies. Due to its excellent tools for organizing web content, it is the ideal platform to establish a knowledgebase that evolves in tandem with your company.
What do you dislike? The initial learning curve can be challenging, especially when it comes to configuring permissions or setting up specific structures. Additionally, a more intuitive admin dashboard and updates with sufficient documentation would be beneficial. You can also receive redundant results for the same query, and at times, it displays less relevant results, which affects usability when deployed on a large scale.

What do you like best? Jive Software has changed the way different teams and departments within our organization collaborate. The platform offers an intuitive interface and social intranet tools that encourage employees to exchange knowledge, share status updates, and collaborate on documents, rather than relying heavily on email chains. The integrated analytic tools enable leadership to view engagement levels and measure the reach of content to employees.
What do you dislike? Setting up customizations can take a considerable amount of time, which is not ideal for companies that typically have multi-layered communications. The interface, though easy to use, appears outdated compared to newer SaaS platforms. Finally, Jive's implementation team may need to provide specialized assistance for content migration at an enterprise level, which could extend the timeline and budget for the onboarding process even further.

Updates run quietly and keep everything current without extra work. The calling and texting features feel smooth, and switching between them is simple. I also like how the system keeps everything accessible without making the screen feel crowded or confusing for employees who are new to it.
What do you dislike? I have run into issues where caller ID information shows incorrect names or labels, and this leads to delays as I try to confirm the caller. With several business lines, it creates an unnecessary pause that affects the pace of communication. Improving caller ID accuracy would make the system far more dependable and help remove small interruptions that slow things down during busy workdays.

Spontaneous participation is almost automatic, as its newsfeed and activity streams emulate those of social media. All leadership communications, policy updates, and departmental knowledge sharing are now consolidated in a single location.
What do you dislike? Features, such as task management and file collaboration, are limited compared to other specialized project management tools. The mobile app needs a speedier sync and a larger offline experience. Although analytics are helpful, it could be easier to automate reports in visual dashboards rather than in a more technical setting.

What do you like best? Jive Software is excellent for ensuring a collaborative workspace that breaks down silos between teams. Personalized homepages and feeds ensure that information reaches the correct set of users based on their roles, maintaining an efficient flow of information. Moreover, it is highly reliable for internal communications with enterprise-grade compliance and security standards. In particular, our HR teams are getting value out of its ability to publish updates and measure engagement.
What do you dislike? There is a considerable time penalty in implementation and training. The interface is functional, but it could benefit from incorporating some modern UI elements. More advanced customizations also require professional services or developers, increasing the total cost for smaller organizations.
