What do you like best? It stands out for its clarity and ease of use. The platform feels approachable right from the first login. Everything from performance reviews and assessments to learning modules is clearly laid out, which makes it easy for employees to get comfortable using it. It doesn’t take a tech expert to make the most of its features; even new users can navigate reviews, track goals, or access learning content without guidance. This simplicity has made a big difference in our company’s workflow.
What do you dislike? The only thing I’d like to see improved is broader app integration. While Leapsome connects well with the basics, expanding compatibility with more third-party tools would make it even more powerful. This would allow companies to fully centralize their workflows and take advantage of all the platform’s potential in one place. Even so, Leapsome’s simplicity and accessibility make it a strong choice for organizations that value seamless collaboration and user-friendly performance management.

What do you like best? The design makes it incredibly easy for anyone (regardless of their technical background) to get started and feel confident using it. Requesting and giving feedback only takes a few clicks, which keeps communication flowing smoothly. I also like how well the software performs across different operating systems and browsers. The email notification system works perfectly, helping teams stay on top of reviews and feedback requests without missing important updates.
What do you dislike? I feel that the feedback and performance review structure could use a bit more depth, especially for companies that conduct multiple evaluations throughout the year. I’d also love to see a social-style feature added; maybe a space where team members could post updates, share achievements, or hold informal discussions.

What do you like best? Leapsome has quickly become a cornerstone of our company’s performance management process. It brings structure, clarity, and transparency to how feedback is shared and how progress is tracked across teams. I love that the platform makes it easy for everyone (managers and employees) to provide thoughtful, structured input during reviews and 1:1 conversations. The user interface feels polished, which encourages participation and reduces the friction often associated with performance reviews.
What do you dislike? There’s very little to criticize, though I think the goal-tracking module could benefit from enhanced visual dashboards and slightly more customization options. Sometimes the notification settings feel a bit heavy-handed, sending out more alerts than necessary, which can clutter inboxes. It would be great to have more control over which updates trigger notifications.

What do you like best? Leapsome has completely transformed how we approach employee engagement. The platform combines flexibility, depth, and ease of use in a way that few others do. Engagement surveys are simple to deploy and provide valuable insights into team morale, allowing managers to address issues early. The analytics dashboard ties everything together beautifully, offering a real-time view of performance trends, sentiment, and growth opportunities.
What do you dislike? The platform is extremely powerful, but that same flexibility can feel a bit overwhelming for first-time users. There’s a lot to configure initially, from workflows to permissions, and getting everything fine-tuned to fit your company structure takes some time. A more guided onboarding or simplified default templates for smaller teams would help ease the setup phase.

What do you like best? My experience with Leapsome has been great overall. We've been using it to create strategic alignments and improve our performance. Google Sheets confused things more instead of helping our processes. I'm glad that we now have Leapsome to manage all of our goal setting and tracking. All processes are now more transparent and are in alignment with our mission.
What do you dislike? A few months back, I had open communication with the Leapsome team, asking them to add a new feature. They were very responsive and eager to add it to their roadmap.

What do you like best? Before the implementation, we got all feedback via Excel sheets. However, it was very time-consuming and inefficient. At least, I could not keep track of what was going on. So, now with Leapsome, the process of sharing feedback has become less tedious for our people. No more issues to deal with. Everything is more transparent, and everyone is conscious when sharing data with HR.
What do you dislike? I like this tool a lot. However, I haven't had the time to use the rest of its features. I'm really interested to see how the 1-on-1 meetings and the engagement surveys work. Their customer team is impressive! Professionals in everything they do. I like that they always listen to our feedback. We've made some suggestions to the product team, so I'm really looking forward to seeing the new features and how they'll improve the platform.

What do you like best? Great tool overall and at a good price with plenty of customization. :) They might be new in the market, but they keep pushing out new features every month. Their customer service is second to none! They usually reply within 2 hours. Very friendly and always helpful.
What do you dislike? I loved the performance management feature, but I think it could use more customization. Since their team rocks, I bet they're working on it shortly...

What do you like best? I like working with these folks. Both their Customer Success and Support teams are fantastic! The tool is intuitive and is constantly evolving. I appreciate that they have help text and detailed explanations throughout each module. It's easy to use; I can't say I had any difficulty working things out on my own.
What do you dislike? I wish the tool was more robust. For me, it's missing maturity of features. Plus, they could improve its reporting and administration. However, considering the software's lifecycle stage, I'm very optimistic. Their team is constantly rolling out new features. And best of all, they are very open to customer feedback. So, I believe they got their priorities set based on clients' needs.

What do you like best? We were pleased with the onboarding process by Leapsome. The tool is valuable, something that was evident from the first time we talked with their sales rep. I like that it covers a few other areas as well. Being able to combine OKRs and learning means value for money.
What do you dislike? The user experience needs some improvement. Also, I'd like the feedback process to be more intuitive. It would be great to have more options for automated messages. Finally, the team at Leapsome should consider adding customizations for the OKRs.

What do you like best? Leapsome is one of the most intuitive and impactful HR tools I’ve used. The interface feels welcoming and easy to navigate, even for people who aren’t tech-savvy. It brings together performance management, learning, and goal alignment in a way that actually helps employees connect their personal development with the company’s larger mission. I really appreciate how customizable the review cycles are; you can adapt them to fit different teams or job roles without breaking the overall workflow.
What do you dislike? The desktop version feels complete, but the mobile app doesn’t yet include every function, which can be limiting for people who like to manage tasks on the go. A more feature-rich mobile experience would make the platform even better. Aside from that, Leapsome continues to impress with how seamlessly it integrates personal development and organizational success
