It is lacking many features compared to other LMS platforms out there.
What do you like best?
It does the bare minimum, however, compared to other options out there, it is very much behind. I personally do not like it in any way.
What do you dislike?
Where to start? Limited customization. Requires coding experience. Platform is not translated to other languages, had to do it ourselves. Not user friendly. Takes time to get around the different settings. No admin automation. The authoring tool is useless. Landing page cannot be changed by the administrator. Too many administration tasks. No media library. Reports are not looking good.
