Motive Learning's LMS was very easy to use and their customer service was extraordinary!
What do you like best?
My favorite feature was their one-click reports, which made it so easy to share information with higher-ups.
What do you dislike?
There are less bells & whistles than other LMS's out there, but it is a great value for your dollar.
