The platform is easy to use and functions very well. Easy to pick up as an administrator or a user.
What do you like best?
It's incredibly easy to create custom content and the user interface is extremely attractive to staff. Feels like Netflix for learning from the user side and is therefore more attractive to use. Continued development of the platform also means that new advances are regular and the developer listens to suggestions from its users. Gamification creates competition within a business and its easy to gather feedback on what content is hitting the mark with the user review system.
What do you dislike?
The Gamification aspect of the platform could be improved by adding the option to remove points when content is renewed. This would help with seasonal updates to content and encourage users to return again and again.

Brilliant for learner experience. Very user friendly.
What do you like best?
Encouragement of learner engagement. Feedback from learners has been positive and they enjoy the gamification of the system.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if a performance component could be built into the system. The criteria can be drawn from what was completed by the learners.
