What do you like best?
The customer relations with Dee and Peter have been fantastic! They are both always on hand should you need any help and guidance, and they both do their best to ensure your company gets the best from the platform. Thank you, both.
What do you dislike?
Nothing! So far everything has been excellent and I can't fault the platform or the service we've received.
Enables a professional delivery to the bespoke projects, to deliver to an international market.

What do you like best?
The ease in constructing a course, all course components have to be created with video, mp3 and pdf's. Nimble LMS allows user feedback through the assessment of each course, this enables CHANT to review course content and improve with immediate affect. The LMS allows CHANT to not only provide feedback to the individual user but also to monitor usage and feed this back to the clients who engage CHANT to deliver their projects.
What do you dislike?
It's not recognised on devices that use flash player, we have no control over the devices the end user has access to.
It is a very useful tool for Training across various departments

What do you like best?
Its simplicity & effectiveness and makes learning fun and interactive. The fact that it can be tailored to our Company logo to make it feel more personal to learners.
What do you dislike?
I cant think of anything I don't like at the moment. If I come across anything I get in touch with support, and have had no issues.
It's a easy to use LMS with good functions that enables an average user to create great courses.

What do you like best?
What I liked most was how easy it was to use and to create courses with good interactivity, that learners could be added to easily. Also the analytics and reports were very useful in helping to understand how users were working through the courses and the ability to have a survey and test questions gave me really good feedback that enabled me to better tailor the courses to learner needs.
What do you dislike?
We use Salesforce for some of our activities and the integration from Nimble to Salesforce didn't work well. We are a small office of under 300 people but we oversee the work of around 11,000 workers that need to user the online learning we create and the integration between the 11,000 workers profiles on Salesforce with Nimbles interface worked but was clunky and therefore was heavy on the use of both ours and Nimble resources.

What do you like best?
The customer service is always available when I need it, and they go the extra mile. Also, it's great I can independently manage a lot of the functions needed in an LMS.
What do you dislike?
Restrictions/limiations on questions formats, e.g. not all answers selections are necessarily right or wrong, but the format forces right and wrong choices
A really easy, user friendly tool with a great team working hard in the background to support!

What do you like best?
I love how easy it is to use and how well it works for my business. It is engaging and offers everything I want and need from an e-learning system. However, for me personally, the biggest driver for using Nimble is the colleagues who work there! They are absolutely fantastic!
What do you dislike?
There's nothing I don't like about the tool and I know that they are working on some extra functionality in the background which will only enhance the user experience.
Nimble is an easy to access training tool that you can adapt to each area within your business.

You can create your own courses for your users to access as and when they want to learn or refresh their knowledge on subjects that they may not have needed to fulfil for some time.
What do you dislike?
Depending on how many courses you need to create these can take some time. Otherwise nothing negative.
