What do you like best? The team's investment in our success stood out from day one. Sam and his colleagues delivered four dedicated training sessions and met with us weekly throughout onboarding — that level of hands-on attention is genuinely rare in SaaS. They took the time to understand our goals rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach, and questions were always answered quickly and thoroughly.
What do you dislike? The platform shines when program requirements are well-scoped going in. Teams with rapidly evolving or highly specialized customization needs should plan to map those carefully during the sales and onboarding process to make sure expectations align on both sides.

What do you like best? Two things stand out: 1) the OasisLMS team has been exceptional to work with - collaborative, responsive, and accommodating. And 2) the platform is genuinely easy to use for both admins and learners while still handling the details we need (credit tracking, reporting, and a clean learner experience).
What do you dislike? The platform has a lot of capability, and it takes some time to learn the best way to structure and configure everything to get the most out of it.
