Managers can track KPIs and competencies using dashboarding, as well as meeting management capabilities, to ensure that meetings occur strategically.
What do you dislike? The vast range of things you need to adjust can be overwhelming at first. Users will have to spend time figuring out all the features. A brief training is required for some advanced analytics, while occasional integration issues are found with less frequently used third-party tools.
