What do you like best? SalesScreen does a great job of keeping everything connected. The automatic syncing with APEX is a huge time-saver. It eliminates manual entry and ensures that agent results are always accurate and up-to-date. The competitive battles feature adds excitement to the workday, giving producers a chance to challenge one another in a way that’s both motivating and fun. It’s a refreshing mix of productivity and entertainment, helping the team stay engaged while tracking real results effortlessly.
What do you dislike? The main drawback lies in navigation and training. The system can be tricky to move around, especially for new users. During our onboarding, the training session felt a bit scattered and didn’t answer many of our practical questions. Better-prepared trainers and clearer walkthroughs would make a huge difference. Once you understand the layout, it becomes manageable, but that initial learning curve can be frustrating

Such a motivating platform, although setup can be quite tricky

What do you like best? SalesScreen has a creative approach to motivating teams. I really like how it celebrates individual and group achievements, creating a sense of shared success across the team. The recognition features encourage everyone to push harder while keeping things light and fun. It’s a smart way to promote healthy competition and team bonding at the same time. When used properly, it can boost morale and give people something visual to look forward to each day.
What do you dislike? The biggest issue I faced was getting it properly set up on our office TV. While it runs smoothly on a computer, displaying the leaderboards for everyone to see proved difficult. It seems to require specific equipment, which isn’t ideal for smaller setups. Support during the setup process could also be more responsive and detailed. Additionally, I found the pricing information unclear during the trial, which made it hard to plan for long-term use.

SalesScreen turns sales data into motivation and boosts our team's culture

What do you like best? SalesScreen does a great job of making performance metrics feel exciting instead of overwhelming. It transforms numbers and reports into something visual, interactive, and meaningful for the entire team. Everyone can see progress in real time, celebrate wins, and stay motivated through healthy competition and recognition. What I really appreciate is how it connects performance data directly to engagement as it helps reinforce positive habits that contribute to consistent results.
What do you dislike? There’s not much to dislike, but it would be amazing if SalesScreen offered more predictive insights. For example, having AI-based coaching tips or performance forecasts could help leaders act before results start slipping. The current visuals and data summaries are strong, but adding proactive recommendations would make it even more strategic for long-term growth.

Inspires Sales Behavior Change With Fun Elements But Advanced Analytics Are Lacking

Nov 26, 2024

What do you like best? We introduced SalesScreen to inject more energy into our sales floor and focus on both behavior and output. The real-time dashboards and celebratory visuals worked precisely as intended: the team started responding faster to smaller wins and recognised that consistent activity mattered, not just big deals.
What do you dislike? From an analytics standpoint, the aggregate capability is reasonably good, but occasionally we wanted more detailed segmentation (e.g., activity by opportunity age, custom lead source attribution, or even predictive modeling), which forced us to export data to outside tools, rather than using the platform.

SalesScreen Brings Life To Daily Sales Work And Lifts The Team Mood

What do you like best? SalesScreen has genuinely lifted the mood in my team. I like how easily we can see achievements pop up on the office screens, because it turns routine work into something we can celebrate together. The leaderboards and small competitions help us stay focused without adding pressure.
What do you dislike? The main drawback for me is that some admin features feel a little layered, so it takes time to find the exact settings I need. I also think the mobile version should have more of the same options as the desktop version because I switch devices often.

Increases Visibility And Accountability But Visual Customization Is Limited

Sep 19, 2024

Overall Rating 83%

What do you like best? For us, the most excellent SalesScreen win has been the transparency that it brings. There is visibility into progress against goals for everyone here, from junior sales representatives to senior leadership, on the same platform. Having scorecards of performance on your screen or on dashboards sends informal peer accountability, which makes positive behaviour more likely to change.
What do you dislike? While the platform performs well, the customisation of the TV-wall visuals is somewhat limited. We would have liked more templates or themes pre-built to match our brand and office aesthetics. Additionally, when running cross-departmental competitions (sales, customer success, and renewals), the logic for awarding points across departments was somewhat rigid.

Motivates Sales Teams With Real Time Updates But Competition Setup Is Tedious

Sep 15, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? We implemented SalesScreen to bring better visibility into our daily sales efforts, and it exceeded expectations. The instant updates and visual dashboards make tracking progress genuinely enjoyable. Team members love seeing their names appear when they reach milestones, and that small public recognition has noticeably boosted their morale. The system integrates seamlessly with our CRM, allowing data to flow automatically and minimizing manual entry.
What do you dislike? At times, setting up competitions for different teams requires more clicks than feels necessary. We could duplicate recurring contests with one button instead of rebuilding each one. Additionally, the visual animations, while enjoyable, could benefit from a few more styles or customization options to better align with our brand personality. These are minor points in an otherwise excellent experience.

A Fun Way To Keep Performance Visible Daily And Celebrate Success

Jul 9, 2024

What do you like best? I enjoy SalesScreen because it gives our team an easy and fun way to see progress. The celebrations, cheers, and recognition feel authentic, and I like using them to support coworkers during busy days. The screens around the office create a sense of shared direction, and I appreciate that the metrics are displayed in a way that everyone understands quickly.
What do you dislike? My biggest frustration is that some of the score calculations are not obvious at first. A few teammates have asked how certain results are measured, and I wish the explanations were easier to find inside the platform.

What do you like best? SalesScreen brings a fresh, energetic twist to daily sales tracking. Our team loves seeing achievements pop up on the office TVs; it adds an exciting, competitive edge that makes closing deals even more rewarding. The visual leaderboards keep everyone aware of how they’re performing, which drives motivation across departments. I find it especially helpful that the platform is easy to access and intuitive once you’ve used it for a bit.
What do you dislike? The learning curve in the beginning was slightly steep, mainly because figuring out the navigation took some time. Viewing standings on the site wasn’t very intuitive at first, though it’s second nature now. Another small issue we’ve had is with our TV display settings; sometimes the leaderboard doesn’t scroll fast enough, so not every top performer gets their moment on screen. It’s a small glitch and could be more of a local setup issue, but still worth noting for improvement.

Impressive Gamification Keeps Reps Engaged But Data Exports Require Extra Steps

May 25, 2024

Overall Rating 83%

What do you like best? SalesScreen has changed how our organization celebrates success and tracks performance. The gamified competitions, combined with transparent leaderboards, have driven consistent engagement among even our quieter team members. The dashboards provide real-time insight into metrics that matter most, helping managers identify trends early.
What do you dislike? While reporting tools are comprehensive, exporting customized data sets for leadership presentations requires a few extra steps. More preformatted export templates would save time. Additionally, some of our users mentioned that the mobile version could benefit from minor layout improvements, particularly when navigating between multiple ongoing contests.

Great For Motivation Though Setup Takes Time To Learn And Structure

May 20, 2024

What do you like best? I’ve appreciated how SalesScreen boosts engagement in our team. The friendly competitions and public celebrations help remind everyone that progress is happening even during hectic periods. I love sending recognition to others because it creates a positive rhythm throughout the day.
What do you dislike? The greatest challenge for me was getting the platform set up correctly. It took longer than expected to learn how to structure contests and track goals the right way. Some labels inside the tool feel unclear until you gain experience, which can slow down the first few weeks of use.

Highly Effective For Mid Market Teams But Complex Integrations Require More Work

May 18, 2024

Overall Rating 83%

  • Usability
  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? As a mid-market company with approximately 150 representatives across various geographies, SalesScreen would be a great fit. So, we began rolling it out to our regional managers, and I was actually stunned that the entire process went off so smoothly. Within a couple of weeks, our regional managers were running competitions.
What do you dislike? The integration roadmap required more work than the marketing team had anticipated for our more complex use case, which involved combining multiple CRMs and our custom product lines. Certain features we thought would be instant (e.g., point-weighting logic per KPI, fully customizable for every KPI) required a bit more configuration than we anticipated. We also scaled up over time, paying more as we added modules and leagues.

SalesScreen really delivers the goodies! Loving the TV app

Mar 12, 2024

Overall Rating 90%

  • Usability
  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? The TV app is one of my favorite parts of SalesScreen. Having live results and achievements displayed on a big screen gives the whole office something to rally around. It sparks quick conversations, friendly competition, and keeps everyone aware of performance in real time. The challenges feature is another highlight; being able to compete with other branches or agencies adds energy and engagement to what might otherwise feel like routine work.
What do you dislike? The interface could use some polishing. Setting up new promotions or challenges can feel clunky, and it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with the layout. I’ve also had occasional trouble getting the TV app to display properly; sometimes it doesn’t sync or show all the screens I’d like without outside help. More customization options for the display setup would be great, so teams can adjust what’s shown without needing to contact support.

Strong Visual Tool That Supports Sales Focus And Real Time Updates

Mar 2, 2024

What do you like best? What I like most about SalesScreen is the way it turns numbers into visuals that actually motivate me. The updates show in real time, so I always know where I stand without digging through reports. It helps me track my activity and adjust quickly when I need to.
What do you dislike? The part I would like improved is the analytics section. It shows basic patterns, but I often want deeper detail for planning. I also think the notifications could be more customizable because some alerts repeat and interrupt my flow.

Simple Recognition Paired With Solid Tracking But Reporting Is Weak

Feb 16, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? SalesScreen has made it easy to celebrate wins and support teammates. I like the way recognition messages show up for everyone, because it encourages people who might not always speak up. The tool gives our team a natural boost during slower days, and the progress updates help with staying on track.
What do you dislike? On the downside, I wish the reporting tools allowed for deeper long-term analysis. I often export data when planning ahead because the built-in views do not offer enough detail. Some coworkers also mentioned that adjusting notification settings feels more complicated than it should be.
