What do you like best? SalesScreen does a great job of keeping everything connected. The automatic syncing with APEX is a huge time-saver. It eliminates manual entry and ensures that agent results are always accurate and up-to-date. The competitive battles feature adds excitement to the workday, giving producers a chance to challenge one another in a way that’s both motivating and fun. It’s a refreshing mix of productivity and entertainment, helping the team stay engaged while tracking real results effortlessly.
What do you dislike? The main drawback lies in navigation and training. The system can be tricky to move around, especially for new users. During our onboarding, the training session felt a bit scattered and didn’t answer many of our practical questions. Better-prepared trainers and clearer walkthroughs would make a huge difference. Once you understand the layout, it becomes manageable, but that initial learning curve can be frustrating

Such a motivating platform, although setup can be quite tricky

What do you like best? SalesScreen has a creative approach to motivating teams. I really like how it celebrates individual and group achievements, creating a sense of shared success across the team. The recognition features encourage everyone to push harder while keeping things light and fun. It’s a smart way to promote healthy competition and team bonding at the same time. When used properly, it can boost morale and give people something visual to look forward to each day.
What do you dislike? The biggest issue I faced was getting it properly set up on our office TV. While it runs smoothly on a computer, displaying the leaderboards for everyone to see proved difficult. It seems to require specific equipment, which isn’t ideal for smaller setups. Support during the setup process could also be more responsive and detailed. Additionally, I found the pricing information unclear during the trial, which made it hard to plan for long-term use.

SalesScreen turns sales data into motivation and boosts our team's culture

What do you like best? SalesScreen does a great job of making performance metrics feel exciting instead of overwhelming. It transforms numbers and reports into something visual, interactive, and meaningful for the entire team. Everyone can see progress in real time, celebrate wins, and stay motivated through healthy competition and recognition. What I really appreciate is how it connects performance data directly to engagement as it helps reinforce positive habits that contribute to consistent results.
What do you dislike? There’s not much to dislike, but it would be amazing if SalesScreen offered more predictive insights. For example, having AI-based coaching tips or performance forecasts could help leaders act before results start slipping. The current visuals and data summaries are strong, but adding proactive recommendations would make it even more strategic for long-term growth.

What do you like best? SalesScreen brings a fresh, energetic twist to daily sales tracking. Our team loves seeing achievements pop up on the office TVs; it adds an exciting, competitive edge that makes closing deals even more rewarding. The visual leaderboards keep everyone aware of how they’re performing, which drives motivation across departments. I find it especially helpful that the platform is easy to access and intuitive once you’ve used it for a bit.
What do you dislike? The learning curve in the beginning was slightly steep, mainly because figuring out the navigation took some time. Viewing standings on the site wasn’t very intuitive at first, though it’s second nature now. Another small issue we’ve had is with our TV display settings; sometimes the leaderboard doesn’t scroll fast enough, so not every top performer gets their moment on screen. It’s a small glitch and could be more of a local setup issue, but still worth noting for improvement.

SalesScreen really delivers the goodies! Loving the TV app

What do you like best? The TV app is one of my favorite parts of SalesScreen. Having live results and achievements displayed on a big screen gives the whole office something to rally around. It sparks quick conversations, friendly competition, and keeps everyone aware of performance in real time. The challenges feature is another highlight; being able to compete with other branches or agencies adds energy and engagement to what might otherwise feel like routine work.
What do you dislike? The interface could use some polishing. Setting up new promotions or challenges can feel clunky, and it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with the layout. I’ve also had occasional trouble getting the TV app to display properly; sometimes it doesn’t sync or show all the screens I’d like without outside help. More customization options for the display setup would be great, so teams can adjust what’s shown without needing to contact support.
