What do you like best? What truly sets SimpliTrain LMS apart is its exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, their support team has been nothing short of phenomenal. We had a few unique requirements and questions during the setup phase, and their representatives were always available, responsive, and genuinely eager to help. They walked us through every step, providing personalized assistance and ensuring we maximized the platform's capabilities.
What do you dislike? While SimpliTrain LMS excels in functionality and customer service, one area for improvement would be a student time reporting feature, which could offer more customizable options for detailed analytics and tracking. Enhancing this aspect would make it even easier to tailor reports to our specific organizational needs.
