Mobile Hiring Access That Helps Our Daily Flow But App Misses Key Features

Nov 27, 2024

Overall Rating 84%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? TalentReef helps us reach more applicants by giving them a smooth way to apply from any phone or tablet. Many candidates appreciate not needing a computer, and the quick access keeps them engaged and willing to finish their applications. The mobile layout loads well and lets people share details, check messages, and stay connected.
What do you dislike? The mobile app still leaves out many features we depend on for daily hiring work. Tools that function perfectly on a computer simply do not appear on a phone, forcing constant switching between devices. This breaks our workflow and slows down reviews when we are trying to move quickly.

Helpful System That Keeps Our Records In Order But Single Sign On Is Unstable

Oct 22, 2024

Overall Rating 81%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? One thing I value about TalentReef is how simple it is for our staff to stay organized. The layout feels natural to move through and has helped us keep onboarding documents and employee files in one place without any clutter. It saves time for new hires and for our team, since the whole process feels clear rather than confusing.
What do you dislike? The only issue that continues to come up is the inconsistency with the single sign on. There are days when it works without any trouble, then others when it refuses to load the right way. It can interrupt what should be quick tasks and force us to refresh or restart several times. It is a small thing on the surface, but it builds up over the week and becomes a hassle for the team that uses it daily.

Makes Finding Strong Applicants Quick And Easy But Support Response Is Slow

Sep 19, 2024

Overall Rating 84%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? The platform has helped bring in better applicants with far less effort. The process from posting a job to onboarding someone feels smooth and saves us a lot of back and forth. It has been especially useful for roles that need fast hiring, since the system makes it easy to review people and move them through each step.
What do you dislike? We do run into trouble when we need support or when the site stalls during busy hours. Customer support can take longer than expected to reply, and some pages feel like they take ages to load before we can take the next step. It slows down tasks we are trying to finish in the moment and can interrupt the momentum of the day. A faster response time and quicker load speeds would make a big difference.

Very Reliable Hiring Tool With Smooth Everyday Use But Too Many Clicks Needed

Sep 15, 2024

Overall Rating 81%

What do you like best? TalentReef has been a practical tool for our hiring needs, especially with how simple it is to move through the system on a phone. Our team and applicants appreciate that everything feels clear and easy to follow, which helps keep our hiring flow steady.
What do you dislike? The only drawback we run into is how many clicks it sometimes takes to reach the active applicant group or the most recent submissions. It can slow things down during busy periods when we need to review people quickly.

Comprehensive applicant tracking and onboarding system that delivers measurable efficiency

Sep 6, 2024

Overall Rating 85%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? TalentReef’s simple applicant-tracking system streamlines everything from posting jobs to running background checks. It provides real-time candidate progress and documentation from the system, tracking a new hire's progress up to their start date. Automating onboarding documents and digital signatures helps minimize human error and the risk of compliance issues. It also creates a great deal of transparency, as well as fewer no-shows during interviews.
What do you dislike? Its reporting options are great, but it needs more visual dashboards and filters. First-time administrators need to spend some time setting up, as there are numerous options available for customization. In one instance, we experienced delays in notification delivery while posting for multiple jobs simultaneously.

Job Reach That Supports A Steady Applicant Flow But Customization Is Limited

May 25, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? TalentReef helps us spread job postings across job boards and social sites automatically, which saves our team hours each week. It brings in a steady flow of applicants without requiring us to repeat the same tasks over and over. The broad reach has improved the quality of candidates and helped us fill openings faster.
What do you dislike? The system limits how much we can adjust applicant stages, and it makes certain parts of our hiring flow feel stiff. We often wish we could modify steps to better fit the way our team works. The current setup forces us to follow a structure that does not always match the needs of different roles.

A strong workforce management tool that integrates hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement

May 5, 2024

Overall Rating 85%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? TalentReef has been great for our distributed workforce. We love it because it combines recruiting, onboarding, and performance management all in one place. Our HR teams stay organized with the help of creating location-specific workflows. The employee self-service feature, such as entering personal details changes, accessing training modules, and similar tasks, removes a significant part of the manual administrative work.
What do you dislike? The mobile app interface is functional, but it lacks user-friendliness for non-technical employees. In some cases, the system updates may contain one or two minor or even medium-sized bugs, which should be reported to support. The customization options are powerful, but could benefit from improved documentation for administrators managing multiple business units.

Reliable recruiting solution designed for high-volume hospitality and retail hiring needs

Apr 11, 2024

Overall Rating 89%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? TalentReef stands out in industries such as hospitality and retail, where employee turnover is frequent. The automation tools save managers countless hours by pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and digitally tracking compliance paperwork. Being able to manage multiple job locations while maintaining the branding integrity is a double win for the platform. The mobile application process has helped us attract younger candidates, improving our hiring efficiency across stores.
What do you dislike? The admin dashboard, while functional, can feel slightly outdated at specific points during the user journey, so there is definitely a learning curve to navigating the platform. The customer support is quite responsive, but it takes a little longer to get a resolution during peak seasons. It would also be nice to have a more intuitive interface for viewing analytics.

Efficient HR solution that centralizes recruiting and employee lifecycle management

Apr 11, 2023

Overall Rating 84%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? TalentReef offers an end-to-end solution that helps to manage the entire employee lifecycle from sourcing new candidates to keeping them engaged throughout their employment. The platform’s emphasis on hourly and widely distributed workforces aligns perfectly with our operations. Integrating with background checks and e-signature tools has significantly reduced paperwork.
What do you dislike? The UI/UX design is a bit dated compared to other newer SaaS products. It takes several steps to generate a custom report, which could be done in a single step. With so many capabilities, some users report that onboarding new managers to the system takes longer than anticipated.

Streamlined talent management platform that simplifies hourly hiring and onboarding

Mar 11, 2023

Overall Rating 86%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? TalentReef has a user-friendly design that helps you to hire, track, and onboard hourly employees quickly and easily. With the centralized dashboard and automated workflows, repetitive tasks were eliminated, which enabled us to post jobs on multiple channels simultaneously and track applicants hassle-free. Its configurable forms and internal communication features promote smoother onboarding and compliance with organization policies.
What do you dislike? Some of the more complex reporting requires additional configuration, and during peak traffic times, we sometimes experience slow load times. Integration with specific legacy payroll systems isn’t as smooth as expected, and customization beyond templates often needs support from the vendor’s team.
