What do you like best?
Customer support, the user-friendliness of the platform, the many explanatory and easy to follow articles and the Facebook support group
What do you dislike?
The fact that it doesn't have a variety of options to choose from when it comes to notifications (for instance notifications on lessons and chapters, not just for the course itself). Some marketing options would definitely go the extra mile.

having looked at other platforms I think this was the best structured and easy to set up, it has a fantastic support group on Facebook which has been a great help
What do you dislike?
still yet to find anything I don't like as its been a dream to use, if I have had any problems they have got back to me in a few hours. I guess if I think about it the time difference is a pain as im based in the uk..... not the end of the world
Quite useful 4 distance learning processes, the learning curve was simple and the students loved it

The ease of use, how easy it is to load content and how agile and simple it is to use from the student's perspective.
What do you dislike?
I would have loved that the presentations were not static, that they allow animations like powerpoint does

What do you like best?
I like the structure of the default format in which the contents come on the left and the entire content can be accessed on the right, on a wider window. The option of adding or deleting chapters or subchapters is great.
What do you dislike?
The price is high for starters. It could be a good idea to link the price to the number of customers per account.
More than met my needs, and encouraged forward thinking to add in variations..

What do you like best?
I was above to do all that I wanted in one place and didn't need to add a lot of third party add-ins. That would have increased cost and complexity.
What do you dislike?
When I needed to add more secure testing, I had to get the Brillium set. It works really well and like how it handles different testing environments, but I found the cost somewhat prohibitive compared to the cost of Thinkific (Professional version).

What do you like best?
Have not been using a long time but having the option to being able to have a course with interaction and checkout.
What do you dislike?
A bit complicated to use, hard to find certain areas to change or edit. Monthly cost is a bit high for starters.
Thinkific is terrifically phenomenal. The staff is efficient regarding problem solving.

Everything is accessible to the course creators. The site and staff are always available if problems incur. Author, T. Younger

There is nothing that I am not pleased with. Some of the site's functions are self-explanatory. It is a cutting edge institute of opportunity for educators.
Thinkific is a great platform for online courses and remote training.

Variable options for creating courses, integrating emails, analytics, payment options for students and training videos.
What do you dislike?
This is my first time using an online training platform. So far, Thinkific has been great in responding to my questions. As well as offering events and training sessions. I do not have any complaints.
Thinkific was extremely user friendly. Customer service responses were quick.

What do you dislike?
Some of the integration to my domain was a little cumbersome, but I was able to get someone to do if for me.
