A reliable LMS with a range of useful featrures and functions.
What do you like best?
Our unique course distribution model and user profile required an LMS that was both customizable and equipped with robust learner support features. Thinking Cap LMS provides us with both of these requirements, along with a range of other features and functions that we use on a daily basis. When issues do occur, the Thinking Cap support team has been reliably efficient at resolving these issues quickly.
What do you dislike?
As a 15-year client of Thinking Cap, most of the issues we had with the LMS were in the early years of this product and were due mainly to growing pains.

Modern LMS that has endless possibilities in terms of features that suit our needs.
What do you like best?
Easy to use and very intuitive. Yo can create or import any type of content. There are constant developments to the features and it is cloud-based and can be accessed from any device.
What do you dislike?
User guides are not always up to date and improving those would certainly bring the the LMS to different higher level.
