Trello is a simple and effective tool that makes task management clear and easy
Mar 22, 2026
What do you like best?
Trello is probably one of the easiest tools to start with. You create a board, add cards and instantly see how work is organized. No long onboarding, no confusion. It works really well for tracking tasks, planning small projects and keeping everything visible. For daily use it just feels natural.
What do you dislike?
For very complex workflows it may feel limited. Advanced reporting and automation are not as strong as in heavier tools. But for most day to day tasks it’s more than enough.

What do you like best?
Trello is very easy to understand. You open a board, create cards and move them around, that’s it. No long setup, no training needed. It’s great for tracking tasks, small projects and everyday work. Visual style really helps to see what is done and what is still pending.
What do you dislike?
When projects grow, Trello starts to feel limited. Reporting and analytics are very basic, and for more complex workflows you need power ups or paid plans. For bigger teams it can become messy over time.

What do you like best?
I really like how easy Trello is to use. You open a board, add cards and that’s it, no learning curve. It works great for tracking tasks, small projects and even personal stuff. Drag and drop feels natural and everyone understands what is going on. For basic planning it does the job very well.
What do you dislike?
For bigger projects Trello can feel a bit limited. If you need deep reports or complex automation, you start hitting limits. Some useful features are locked behind paid plans, which is not great, but for simple use it’s fine

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to plan and manage online course production with Trello. Boards and cards give a clear overview of lessons, deadlines, and responsibilities. It’s great for collaborating with teammates, tracking progress, and making sure nothing gets missed during content creation.
What do you dislike?
For larger e-learning projects, Trello can feel limited without extra power-ups. It would be helpful to have more built-in reporting tools. Still, it remains a reliable and easy-to-use solution for managing course workflows.

What do you like best?
I like that Trello keeps all e-learning tasks organized in one place. The boards and cards make it easy to track lessons, deadlines, and content creation. It’s also great for teamwork — everyone sees progress and what needs to be done next.
What do you dislike?
It would be nice to have more built-in reporting tools and analytics. Sometimes notifications pile up, and large projects require extra structure. Still, Trello is an excellent choice for managing online learning workflows.
