Do you offer a free LMS trial instance?

Will the LMS communicate with other systems that we use?

Yes. Our LMS has an API with a selection of different web methods.

Does the Intellek LMS support SCORM and AICC?

Yes, we support Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and AICC.

Can we track completion of non-SCORM materials?

Yes, non-SCORM materials will show a completion record (with the duration) in a user’s learning record. LMS administrators will also be able to run a report on this type of history.

What is the maximum file size we can upload to the LMS?

The standard is a 1.1Gb file, per course.

How does the LMS integrate with Outlook?

All learners will receive a calendar invite upon enrolment to a course. The LMS will notify users of any updates and cancellations. Calendar invites are also sent to the Event Contacts (trainers) and these are all customizable.

How can we manage course versions in Intellek LMS?

If you’d rather not add a new course, you can upload a new version without affecting the history of the existing course.

What Single Sign On (SSO) options does Intellek LMS support?

Intellek LMS supports ADFS 4.0, OKTA, and Azure AD for Single Sign On functionality. There is no additional charge for the SSO feature.

What do you like best? The niche compliance and professional development tracking—especially for CLE and CPD credits paired with seamless Outlook calendar scheduling, makes life significantly easier for both administrators and busy professionals. Their customer support team is also remarkably responsive and actually listens to product feedback.

What do you dislike? The administrative interface feels dated in several areas, requiring too many clicks to configure multi-step reporting workflows. Additionally, standard off-the-shelf courseware can be a bit basic, and building custom interactive modules takes a noticeably steeper learning curve than modern plug-and-play competitors.

What do you like best? The team behind Intellek provides excellent support and resources! They are quick to respond, always asking for feedback, and ready to find a solution that fits our needs. The kind of customer service they provide outweighs any shortcomings in the design and functionality. They are always looking for ways to improve and have created a wonderful community of users.

What do you dislike? The design looks outdated and is a little clunky as an admin - however this is getting an update soon! I'm excited about the new design and they are fixing some of the clunkiness with the settings and reporting.

What do you like best? This is the 5th LMS solution- and by far easiest and best solution for users and administrators. The customer service is absolutely the best! This was the first LMS for our large (Top 200) law firm. Intellek was there making every deadline for implementation. And on the user side-absolutely no issues and complete adoption for event sign ups. Huge win and timesaver for us. We actually like calling Intellek. They listen and implement our suggestions for new enhancements.

What do you dislike? Nothing. Again, I have implemented and work with some of the "giants/household names" in corporate LMS. Intellek leaves them in the dust on implementation, product enhancements and customer service. And on the user side - so easy for finding courses and enrolling in events.

What do you like best? What sets Intellek LMS apart is its emphasis on interactive learning tools. The platform offers knowledge checks, interactive learning modules, and learning lessons that foster engagement and reinforce learning. What do you like best? I like that it has a library full of videos and sessions in case you are not able or dot not remember how to do something, you can get the information from there

What do you dislike? I think it will be good to implement a function to create the courses directly from there. Just a thought

What do you like best? It is the ease of using the modules within the LMS that I like the most. The library is my favorite module. There are so many customization options within the Library and yet it is still simple to use.

What do you dislike? The rich-text format of the survey module is my least favorite aspect. I would like something closer to Microsoft Forms and hope that the new version of the LMS will have a new style of survey. The data received is useful, but the format of the survey are definitely dated and difficult to use.
