It is an amazingly easy tool to use catering to most learning needs easily
What do you like best?
Easy to use. Efficient to create content fast ....more of an extension for the L& D team. Same design for all devices making it very easy
What do you dislike?
Nothing at this point. Serves the purpose for all training and content needs in minutes making it very convenient.

It is easy to use, has good functionalities and great support

Functionality is great. Support is great. If you're just getting started in the field and have no experience, you could use the templates to build something quickly.
What do you dislike?
Only good for basic development, doesn't have advanced features, especially advanced capabilities like triggers and creating more complex interactions.

Very basic, template driven tool for beginners in the field
What do you like best?
Simple. Really only good for basic development, and doesn't have enough for professional elearning developers. If you're just getting started in the field and have no experience, you could use the templates to build something quickly.
What do you dislike?
Lacking in expected features, especially advanced capabilities like triggers and creating more complex interactions. Employees are rude and unhelpful.
