Despite what you might think about developing countries, eLearning can actually make a difference and help these countries develop at a more rapid pace.
The rapid development and expansion of eLearning systems has happened with little to no industry standardization, and not much in the way of direct regulatory oversight.
How can the corporate medium improve to attract, train, and retain future employees? How can the eLearning market use new technologies and integrate previous methods to develop enticing learning processes for their youngest employees?
