Bigger Brains: Suggest A Topic For "Millenial Managers" eLearning Library

As Millennials and other first-time managers move into their new leadership roles, what skills do they need in order to be successful?

Bigger Brains, producers of award-winning off-the-shelf Microsoft Office and Desktop Productivity eLearning content is partnering with Alchemy Comedy to produce a new library of engaging, effective eLearning courses for new managers, and is soliciting input on course topics.

“We’ve assembled a team of instructional designers, videographers, comedians, and business professionals, ” says Chip Reaves, President of Bigger Brains.  “And we have a large library of curricula available through our partners, but we really want to focus on the skills that are most applicable to real-world situations.  That’s what we’re looking for input on.”

As compensation for suggesting course topic, Bigger Brains is conducting random drawings from all entries received at the end of May, June, and July, with each winning entry eligible for a free course of their choosing from the 90+ titles in the Bigger Brains course library.

Winners can choose between an unlimited-user SCORM content license for their LMS, valid for 12 months, or access to the courses through Bigger Brains’ web interface for 90 days. Depending on the course chosen the MSRP of the free content ranges from $500 to $25,000 USD.

An online form to submit course topic suggestions and enter the contest for free eLearning content is available.

The first volume of “Millennial Manager” courses is expected to be completed this summer and available in September, 2017.
