Choice Hotels International And TraCorp Win Bronze Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards In Technology

Choice Hotels International and its LMS provider, TraCorp, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in the Best Advance in Learning Management Measurement/Business Impact Tools category. Their joint win was announced on December 6, 2018. Winners are listed here.

Choice Hotels International and TraCorp entered the award for using a business analyst to mine learning data from TraCorp’s community-based LMS, Google Analytics, and Vimeo to:

  • Study learner navigation to increase learner engagement.
  • Study learner behavior to enhance training design.
  • Compare business analytics to learner analytics for clues to improve performance.
  • Evolve the LMS to meet ever-changing business needs.
