eCom Scotland Announce New VP Business Development, Geoff Chapman

Learning technologies provider, eCom Scotland, announce the appointment of new VP for Business Development, Geoff Chapman.

Geoff will head up the Business Development and Account Management team, responsible for growing the client base in new and existing sectors, and managing client relationships. He will report to Linda Steedman, eCom’s Chief Executive Officer.

Geoff is an education technology professional with over 15 years’ experience. During this time he has worked on high-profile international educational technology projects for government bodies, awarding organisations and institutes, and financial services companies. A winner of the prestigious eAssessment Scotland award, Geoff has served as Vice-Chairman of the e-Assessment Association. He is a regular speaker at international e-Assessment events and shares his insights on the industry in the 'eAssessmentChap' Twitter account.

eCom also announce the appointment of Judy Bloxham as Learning Technologies Consultant. Judy is a renowned and respected learning technology expert with over 10 years’ experience working in the further education and skills sector, including 5 years at JISC. She has worked on the development of learning for a number of sectors including engineering, construction, and automotive. Judy has extensive experience of developing Augmented Reality as a learning tool and an interest in emerging technologies like Virtual Reality.
