Learning Pool Included In Deloitte Technology Fast 50 List

Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over the previous four years and past winners have included some of the most dynamic players in tech, biotech, and digital media technology. Learning Pool ranked at number 28 on this year's list.

Learning Pool COO, Deborah Limb attributed the company’s growth to its customer loyalty and high-performing team:

“We have unparalleled customer satisfaction levels and a solid commitment to driving sustainable innovation in the e-learning market. We work in partnership with our clients, listen to their feedback, support them on their journey and develop our roadmap based on what they need. In turn, we are rewarded with unwavering loyalty and boast a client recommendation rate of 98%.”

The Fast 50 programme, now in its 19th year, rank Ireland’s fastest growing technology companies and recognise indigenous technology companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth in turnover in the last four years.

Duncan Shores, CCO at Learning Pool also attributed the company’s growth on its award-winning team. He said:

“We have invested heavily recruiting and building our team of high performing people, set to expand by a further 15% in the next three months. Learning Pool is leading the way with the latest in learning innovations in the market and our team is the driving force, making it all possible. They are the engine behind our success and the key reason for our sustained growth and customer loyalty.”

This is Learning Pool's 10th appearance on a Deloitte listing, we were named in the Rising Star category in both 2009 and 2010, and it's our eighth year appearing on the Fast 50. Thirteen Northern Ireland companies made it on to this year’s list.

Paul McElvaney, Learning Pool founder and CEO said:

“The future for Learning Pool is incredibly bright with a great business model, well-respected brand and innovative product set. Being recognised as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Ireland and the UK in each  year of the last decade is a fantastic endorsement of our growth and innovation strategy and this trend is set to continue well into the future.”

Announcing the winners of the Technology Fast 50 programme, Peter Allen, Partner, Deloitte (NI) Ltd said:

“Congratulations to our 2018 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 companies. Through these awards, we recognise Irish technology companies that are at the cutting edge, using technology for progress, to address the challenges that we all face and to create opportunities, both for themselves and for those that use their products."
