Hemsley Fraser Acquires MindOnSite And STS
Learning and talent development provider Hemsley Fraser has acquired MOS - MindOnSite, an online training systems creator, and STS, a project management training specialist, to boost its digital learning and project management credentials and capabilities.
The move will enhance Hemsley's full-service offering through innovations such as a Learning Management System (LMS) and smart learning portals, gamification, and project management simulation tools, and bring greater mobile learning capabilities to the organisation.
MOS and STS customers will have access to Hemsley's extensive content portfolio covering management and leadership, personal development, essential business, well-being, and life skills. They will also be able to benefit from Hemsley's increased breadth of learning, development, and engagement services.
Lynsey Whitmarsh, CEO, Hemsley Fraser, comments:
The addition of MOS and STS into the Hemsley offering brings extended value for customers looking for digital learning enablement tools as well as the very much in-demand and evergreen skills of the latest project management methodologies. Together we can provide the expertise, creativity, content, technology, and services needed to create a truly holistic learning experience.
Sally Hurrell, Interim CEO (while Lynsey Whitmarsh is on maternity leave), adds:
Every client's solution is built out from our three core capability pillars—content, technology, and services—enabling us to create custom solutions quickly and effectively. The addition of MOS and STS boosts our capabilities for clients further, across learning tech and project management skilling. And MOS and STS clients now have access to a far wider content library and set of L&D services.
Elodie Primo, CEO of MOS - MindOnSite, is delighted:
MOS shares Hemsley's values of collaboration, trust, and agility. We're excited at the prospect of enhancing how people learn and helping organisations leverage new skills and technologies to achieve their goals and create change.
Patrick Lehmann, CEO, STS, precises:
STS prepares hundreds of candidates for different project management certifications annually. Combining STS expertise and tools with Hemsley's existing project management programmes, content, and heritage will create an even stronger global project management proposition.
