PulseLearning Wins A Silver Brandon Hall Award

Global Learning Solutions provider PulseLearning is delighted to announce that its work for Nissan Australia has won a Silver at the 2016 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. Now in their twenty-second year, the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards is known as the “Academy Awards” for the learning industry.

Nissan Australia engaged PulseLearning to design and develop the bespoke Nissan Sales and Service Way (NSSW) online training and performance program. The final NSSW program was delivered as a four-module eLearning program. The training program provides fun and interactive real-life scenarios in a visually dynamic environment, allowing learners to relate the required sales process to the car showroom floor.

Traditionally, the entire training and performance program was rolled out through face-to-face workshops and hard-copy training manuals. It was found that employees who attended scheduled face-to-face workshops were learning a different sales approach to those who were relying on the hard-copy training manuals and dealership colleagues to “teach” them how the sales process works.

The 2016 Excellence Awards nominees were evaluated by an international panel of independent industry experts, Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and a select executive leadership team. Judging was based on a number of key criteria, including fitting the training need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable business benefits.

Commenting on the award, Jim Breen, CEO of PulseLearning, said: “We are honoured to receive this recognition for our partnership with Nissan Australia. I am delighted to see our team’s hard work and commitment to Clients marked with another fantastic accolade. To date, 2016 is a record year for PulseLearning, having been awarded accolades from Training Industry, eLearning Industry and Learning Technologies.”

Commenting on the award, Tas Papasimeon, Manager of Learning and Development at Nissan Australia, said: "The PulseLearning team ensured they understood our business and did a fantastic job learning our process before presenting a solution. This award promotes the value and advantages of a bespoke training solution. The NSSW online training modules have contributed towards helping sales consultants better understand the sales process and improve the customer experience. The program is now a critical entry component of the Learning Pathway for a Sales Consultant and awards the competencies (NSSW Sales Process) required to achieve the Sales Consultant Certification.”
