The Professional Capability eLearning Program was selected from a large pool of international submissions in the Behavioural Change category.

Goodstart Early Learning, Australia’s largest provider of early learning and care with 645 childcare centres nation-wide engaged with PulseLearning to create an engaging employee eLearning Program. The Professional Capability eLearning Program was driven by behavioural change transitioning employees through an engaged model of collaboration, communication, learning, knowledge and innovation.

In its tenth year, the LearnX Impact Awards aim to identify and celebrate exceptional accomplishments of individuals and organisations in learning and development. The international awards program works to recognise multiple fields within talent management across the corporate, education and public-service sectors.
