Intel’s Chief Learning Strategist Kristi Conlon will illustrate how an organization can effectively utilize data and analytics for learning and development strategies using a real-world example from Intel’s Sales and Marketing University. This session, Data Analytics for Workforce Capability will take place on opening day.
Pamela Puryear, Pfizer’s Chief Talent Officer, will tackle the necessary but often failed, diversity and inclusion program initiatives. Her day 2 session, When Naming Names is Good: Targeting Diversity & Inclusion Efforts for Maximum Impact, will take a deep-dive into identifying areas of opportunity, strategy, and enlisting senior leaders to help D&I initiatives succeed.
Amway’s Chief Learning Officer, Kee Meng Yeo, will lead a session on the much-debated notion of doing away with performance reviews. This exciting day 2 session, Debate: Time to Abandon the Performance Review Process? will look at addressing compensation issues tied to the removal of these reviews as well as ways to replace traditional scoring methods.
