What do you like best?
I appreciated the personable nature and humility-centered level of communication with the entire AllenComm team.
What do you dislike?
There is a particular design style and format that they stick to which is wonderful if that is what you want, more difficult if you want to change it.

What do you like best?
They’re great people who are client and results focused. They execute towards the program vision, problem-solving and collaborating closely with our organization. We’ve had an awesome PM, learning consultants and tech leads.
What do you dislike?
In the early days of the project, there were silos between the instructional design and LMS components of our program because of the difference in timing of our contracts and the separate teams but that got better when the larger team rolled up their sleeves together!

What do you like best?
Communication with the tam was super smooth and it was like communicating with in your own team . Great listening skills for the whole team and managers. They try very hard to understand the client's need and recommend a solution. Time consciousness and accountability, design quality, promptness ,trust and rapport were some of the outstanding virtues of Allancom. Great to work with and will surely go to them for the upcoming projects in the future.
What do you dislike?
The rubber hits the road only when you finally meet the design team and start working, many gets involved in the early stage from sales we had to repeat ourselves unnecessarily to newer and newer people. It was hard to imagine the final output till you sign off and start working with them .

What do you like best?
AllenComm, and Jade in particular, have been exceptionally easy to work with and accommodating. They genuinely listen to our ideas and feedback and strive to provide us with the best possible product. It is clear they take pride in their work and challenge themselves to think outside the box. They have a well equipped team who have been able to work with us to meet and go above and beyond our requirements. I would absolutely look to work with them again in the further.
What do you dislike?
A few of the ideas we were excited about from their initial proposal didn’t ultimately fit within our budget (which was undetermined at the time of proposal).
Extremely responsive to customer needs and desires

What do you like best?
AllenComm has done a great job eliciting customer information - course content, look and feel, key concerns - from the subject matter experts who sometimes are so familiar with their material they don't recognize that not everyone "gets it." They're easy to work with and responded VERY rapidly when, after a course was approved and posted to our LMS, the big boss decided he wanted changes. Pieces of the course were reworked, re-reviewed, re-approved and it was back on-line in short order.
What do you dislike?
I've got nothing to complain about. Very happy with their work and work processes! We are currently in our 2nd round of courses with them.
Working with AllenComm was efficient and enjoyable and the quality they produced was excellent.

What do you like best?
What I liked about working with AllenComm most was their staff. They were energetic, kind and smart. They were able to understand our content very quickly which helped us move to the planning and production quickly.
What do you dislike?
I disliked most the platform we used to review. It was a little bulky and cumbersome. We came up with a workaround that was ultimately best for our team.

What do you like best?
The responsive, talented team of training professionals. Each goes above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations in order to deliver a quality product at a very competitive price.
What do you dislike?
Every experience with AllenComm has been positive. In the three+ years we've used their services, my team has been completely satisfied with all aspects of each project.
Working with AC is effortless: you always get top service, flexibility and excellent results.

What do you like best?
From the start, AllenComm as a company are so well structured and focused that you could easily approach without any project management knowledge and they will be more than able to guide you through the elearning creation process from start to finish. Everything is well organized and set to an agreed-upon schedule of deliverables but this does not mean there is no room for flexibility: if it is in their power, they will do their best to fix the problem or ease the situation.
What do you dislike?
I never have any issues or concerns when I am dealing with AC, you are paying for a top service and that is what is delivered.
Various projects - conversions, voice work, rebuilds, SCROM wrapping - all turned out great!

What do you like best?
AllenComm is always up to do any project I throw at them. From conversions, to voice work, to rebuilds, to SCROM wrapping - they have always gotten the job done. I love that I can rely on them as a single vendor for different needs.
What do you dislike?
My organization is very cost-prohibitive, but AllenComm can usually find a solution!
Allencomm is knowledgeable, delivers quality work, and is easy to work with.

What do you like best?
Working with Allencomm was easy. They were knowledgeable, receptive, and flexible while delivering quality work. Great people. We were able to meet our project goals
What do you dislike?
Our project timeline was very tight and I wish we had more time to leverage AllenComm's expertise.
