What do you like best?
AllenComm was an excellent eLearning consultant that helped us develop out our learner journey map, approach, how to get the most out of our program and identify existing resources available. They were also incredibly helpful in bringing best practice playbooks that were surprisingly relevant to our specific focus in mental wellness. This helped us build the training content where we had the expertise, but also leverage AllenComm on content development where we are weak.
What do you dislike?
Nothing significant. Most of our issues were on our side with shifting deadlines and timelines because of investors and customer requirements.
AllenComm is dedicated to making the client happy.

What do you like best?
The subject matter experts receive many chances to review content and get the video scripts, activities and images right.
What do you dislike?
Staying on timeline is challenging when there are many subject matter experts. However, AllenComm hasn't penalized us on minor delays.
AllenComm are the consummate professionals and a pleasure to work with.

What do you like best?
Responsiveness to the client's ideas and ability to pivot when needed. They make sure that they stick to deadlines, incorporate what is needed into the work are responsive to feedback, and are extremely creative. Wonderful experience working with them. You will not be sorry. Plus they are very nice people!
What do you dislike?
I really have not had a negative experience with AllenComm and have nothing of substance to write here.
AllenComm team was very knowledgeable & professional. I learned a lot from them.

What do you like best?
They have a solid learning platform that is modular, can be customized by learner group, interactive, action oriented and intuitive. They are very knowledgeable on adult education, focused on delivering impactful learning that addresses project objectives, are learner centric and very responsive.
What do you dislike?
I didn't fully understand the implications of some of the early planning steps in their process. Would have been great if they provided a clear example. But they were very patient with me and were very flexible and accommodating with changes we made.
Consummate learning professionals with a sharp focus on changing learner behavior.

What do you like best?
From early in the vendor review process AllenComm stood out from the competition. They took time to understand our business, their approach to project management is easy to follow, and their recommendations are backed by years of experience and supported by learning science. Our project has many stakeholders with diverse needs. Allen has been extremely patient navigating the landscape of our company and routinely helps us refocus training design on the needs of our learners.
What do you dislike?
Our training is leaps and bounds better than it was, both in the style and quality of the content. We haven't achieved all objectives to the fullest extent we had hoped; but that's not on AllenComm. Our company has a several technical and logistical considerations that limit what's possible creatively. Allen is always willing to do what is necessary to get the job done. Sometimes that means pushing tight deadlines. We are grateful for the flexibility they've shown throughout the process.
Phenomenal support in designing and deploying a comprehensive L&D program for internal consultants.

What do you like best?
AllenComm has a unique ability to create clarity and focus in the midst of ambiguity. Because of this they have become a trusted advisor to me and my team very quickly. I cannot imagine tackling this body of work without them. I cannot recommend them enough.
What do you dislike?
It is honestly difficult for me to identify anything that I like least about AllenComm. Maybe that they are based in Salt Lake City and I am in Atlanta, it would be great to spend more physical time with them!

What do you like best?
The rigorous approach that was taken to scoping led to much better outcomes than a "figure it out as you go" approach. AC was also flexible along the way if things made sense. Very open to collaboration and feedback but came with a strong point of view. The expertise level is impressive and the people are a real pleasure to work with. Felt like an extension of our team and that the commitment level to success never wavered.
What do you dislike?
Wish we could have found a way to go faster for less money. Not sure we would have gotten the same quality though.

What do you like best?
Such an awesome team to work with. From the first meeting it was like we had worked with them for years! Very efficient and talented staff that was able to come in and hit the ground running. They did tons of research and studying of our company.
What do you dislike?
nothing. they did a great job of keeping us on task. they were very organized. the team did a great job of working as one.
The team are all truly partners in our performance improvement!

What do you like best?
The team is as dedicated to our business challenges as we are. I appreciate the attention to detail, creative solution problem solving and professionalism.
What do you dislike?
While building to an existing proprietary platform results in wonderful solutions, it can limit innovative expression.
AllenComm outcomes are stellar! Brilliant, creative people who get results.

What do you like best?
The outcomes. We started this project knowing exactly what we wanted and needed. Our AllenComm colleagues have taken that foundation and worked with us to create something that is far better; a dynamic, engaging, "wow" learning experience that will help us get the business outcomes we want and need. Secondly, the AllenComm team I am working with is creative, organized, brilliant, flexible, caring, and on time.
