Michele is professional and very easy to work with! She fosters a process that is highly collaborative. Michele's preparatory communication is confident and clear, resulting in vo products that meet all the agreed-upons. Her most recent work for The Purple Pen was just what we needed; earlier, when an edit was requested, Michele offered easy listening skills and a quick turnaround.
