What do you like best?
Simple and yet complex, the course was a lesson in what to look for and how to help alter your mind set. Best practise V what you expect to hear. I found the course to be of use and to open my mind.
What do you dislike?
Nothing negative but turn your phone off and focus as some questions need you to challenge your mind and ideas.
The course I did was very clearly laid out........

The course is well structured, easy to understand and the accompanying information and resources are excellent.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing I disliked about Mental Health Awareness Training. It was spot on in every way...

What do you like best?
Good visual and audio presentation Complete and consise summeries at the end of each section
What do you dislike?
The inability for the candidate to change their mind answering a question during a multiple choice online test before actually submitting the answer
Lots of really useful employment related CPD courses which are well presented.

What do you like best?
The format is user friendly. A good range of delivery methods to suit a range of learning styles. Modern, bright and colourful with lots of video clips, pictures and audio. Makes some boring subjects much easier to interact with. 🙂
What do you dislike?
Mostly very good for the subjects covered. You may need to repeat sections to improve scores, this does make sure you have fully understood some very necessary information.

High quality, professional materials that allow remote learning and encourage high staff take-up levels
What do you dislike?
This is one of the best on-line Safeguarding training resources for an organisation with remote staff and allows asynchronous access to include all staff - difficult to find negative comments

Examples given are realistic and the information provided is up to date and relevant to our organisation
What do you dislike?
Nothing that really springs to mind since the videos and question are fairly comprehensive and detailed

What do you like best?
The whole process was very clear and understandable from the moment I have spoken to an IHASCO agent on the phone to book this online course. The online training was very quick to set up for all of our employees. Their customer service was prompt and second to none. The assigned Account Manager was really helpful every step of the way. The training is professional, well put together and easy to understand. The certificate was provided instantly after the test was successfully completed.
What do you dislike?
There is not much to put in this section as my overall experience with this company was very positive.

What do you like best?
The platform is easy to use and very clear in its structure. The training is easy to do on the phone as well

I don't like that you have to press the button so often that you have to interrupt what you are doing constantly

good combination of discussions and demonstrations with some useful information relating to the way the body works in terms of lifting
What do you dislike?
In terms of the organizational levels which require populating before accessing this section, there does not appear to be any which relate to local and central government along with positions within any hierarchy. This needs to be adjusted to the geographic location of the user and not just a default to an Americanized version

What do you like best?
The presenter was good and personable and the content was applicable. The illustrations were clear and helped understanding
What do you dislike?
Questions in the test that ask people to remember statistics like what percentage/proportion of people etc etc do not cement learning and these figures change each year. These are pointless and do not add any value to the test other than to make people guess a figure and does not test the knowledge.
