What do you like best? I liked being able to pause (to make notes to refer to on the test) and go back if I didn't quite take on board the advice the first time.
What do you dislike? The expectation of reading the additional material (I.e. Homework) & don't know if my boss knows I've read the additional material or not.

What do you like best? The simple layout and quality of training. I liked the visual element of the training and the multiple choice tests.
What do you dislike? I used the transcript and read much faster than the text highlighted. This meant that the training took far longer than needed.

I followed the link to rate the "Mental Health Awareness" course - not iHASCO itself as it turns out

What do you like best? The below relates the Mental Health Awareness course only; It feels to me that the course is stuck in a grey area - on one hand, it seems to makes a big deal of mental health issues and that the only thing to do is talk to someone about it and get help. Immediately after, it seems to belittle any issues and focuses on 'self-help' and identifying and resolving any issues yourself. For example; the list of "signs to look out for" on slide 2.1.3 - I can confirm that I can actively relate...
What do you dislike? ... to 7 out of 11 of them yet I'm unsure whether I should speak to a doctor or "breathe". What do you think? Also; I have completed the course and received my certificate. However, when I'm going back through the slides to get more detail on certain things I have to follow the full video again from the start. There doesn't appear to be a way to skip to a certain section/slide... this seems a bit redundant post-completion. Apart from the above, it was an interesting course.

What do you dislike? There was nothing that I disliked. I enjoyed all parts of the training. It taught me many things I was not aware of prior to the training.

What do you like best? The information was carefully and effectively communicated. Very engaging, with speaker being clear and easy to follow.
What do you dislike? It was great. There isn't anything that I could say that was not carefully thought out and presented.

What do you like best? The verbal explanations and on line demos. There are clear verbal explanations and visuals briefly summarised by written examples.
What do you dislike? Having to go back to sections if you get a question wrong - means you then have to click all through the whole program to get back to the questions at the end and start again. Why can't the questions you answer along the way at the end of each section, count towards your overall score?

What do you like best? The platform is very accessible. You can complete it from anywhere at any time so makes it good for travelling users to complete training.
What do you dislike? Some parts are quite drawn out. Some of the information does seem either very basic or not needed at all.

What do you like best? The Course presentation is actually very good, well designed for training. Very informative and the exam has provided more time for the student to think and select his answers proper, no time limit issue.
What do you dislike? No PDF's or Documents for the Course. Some online course providers are proving PDF or Documents for study resources, unfortunately I didn't find in iHasco.
