We worked with Allison on several projects to create eLearning courses..
What do you like best?
Allison has that rare combination of creative talent and business acumen which enables her to take complex Sales & Pricing concepts and translate them into engaging animated video and interactions. Working from dry, highly technical PowerPoint source materials, Allison was able to magically transform these into entertaining and easily digestible video courses. Allison provided quick turnaround, was a great brainstorming partner and invited feedback. Overall, she is a delight to work with!
What do you dislike?
It is very difficult to be required to provide 100 or more characters for what we liked least because it was only a positive experience.

It's been a great experience working with Allison to develop OSHA Safety Training Courses.
What do you like best?
Professional engagement and interaction during development of OSHA-compliant safety training (e.g., fire safety, forklift training, lockout/tag out, HazMat, Fall Protection...), and expert visual design/UX and creativeness when it comes to writing and developing engaging interactions and content (eg game-based learning - eg forklift card game).
What do you dislike?
Overall, it was a positive experience working with Allison at LXD. She is very professional and we will continue working together on future projects.

Creation of micro modules for reducing hiring bias and for creating inclusive cultures
What do you like best?
Allison was very responsive, communicative and easy to work with. She offered valuable consultation when it came to developing the content, and great solutions for handling tricky situations. She assisted with storyboarding and turned the content into actionable, creative learning modules.
What do you dislike?
One project took longer, but it was largely because we made changes as we developed the content. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we emerged with a great product.
